The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: I have been twice here. Their menu is pretty clear and straightforward. Good lighting and clean for the most part. That's what I thought the first time. The second time, I saw dirty tables. I didn't perceive a good service compared to the first time. I also would like to mention that they have two cracks on their window, but apparently they don't care about the restaurant's good appearance since they still haven't changed it. I wanted to think they were a bit better than Chipotle, but there's still more work to do. Service: As mentioned before, I had two completely different experiences. The first time, the employee was welcoming and gave a decent portion of the ingredients in my bowl. The second time, a different employee was average and even gave less portions of the ingredients. Therefore, service can vary here from good to MEH. Food: Same as the service part. The first time I ordered the Chicken Bowl, and it was pretty good. The second time I ordered the Beef and Shrimp Bowl, and it was average. The pieces of beef had those unpleasant veins and arteries that made it hard to chew. I mean, I'm paying to have eatable meat in my bowl, not to have veiny pieces of meat. Price: The first time I thought their prices were more than fair. The second time I thought the bowl was not worth paying for. In conclusion, it depends on what you order and who serves you.

I went to the grand opening of this new Hot Peppers location and it was a great experience overall! The line was long but moved pretty fast since they have assembly line service. The staff was very friendly, patient, and efficient! Their menu can be seen online and they had QR codes posted on the walls inside, but it would have also been nice to see the menu posted somewhere in the restaurant for those who may not have seen the QR code or who don't want to use cell data. I ordered a burrito bowl with chipotle chicken, since they ran out of carne asada by the time I got there. It also included cilantro lime rice, black beans, onion-peppers, romaine lettuce, spicy guac, tomato salsa, spicy salsa, cilantro, cheese, chimichurri sauce, and chipotle sauce. All ingredients were delicious and fresh, and since they use halal meat, I could tell the enhanced meat quality compared to other similar establishments. They also gave a generous quantity of meat! If you're in the area, I highly recommend this spot for a great lunch! They also have special lunch deals from 11am-3pm daily!

Great food, the honey chipotle chicken is very well-seasoned. The servers are nice and the toppings are plentiful. Much better than chipotle by far, they even have a shrimp option. Keto-friendly, they have sour cream as a dressing and I really liked the option to add pickled purple onions it adds depth and flavor to the dish. They don’t skimp on ingredients. The interior is always cheap. I’ve visited here twice and there are plenty of seats for indoor dining. I now visit at least once a week on days where I work late. Close to the subway at queens plaza and court square (equidistant). The price is great as well, paid around 14 dollars for this bowl (tad bit less). The ingredients are high quality and I like how they have a wide selection of greens for the salad base.

Hot Peppers is THE new hot commodity! Overall a great business. As someone who is extremely picky this is my new go-to place. Restaurant is clean, staff is all about customer service and the food is fresh. I did however get to witness a reviewee make false accusations about the restaurant and I had to come here to defend their efforts and support this small business. On opening day, HP was gracious to give out 2000+ free meals to the community (stating 1 meal per person) the reviewee ordered more than one meal and they explained to her she would have to pay for the others. The staff was more than accommodating and it’s unfortunate to see someone falsely accuse a business of being rude and stingy. I hope the staff sees this review, I really appreciate your hard work and giving free meals ALL DAY! My quesadilla...
