Our family really wanted to like this restaurant but unfortunately both my me and my wife ended up sick, throwing up all night and breaking out in itchy hives for the next week. It started with the soup.
Something was very fishy about the tom yum, it tasted like old squid, just really nasty, it didn’t have any vegetables. The waiter changed it out immediately without issue. The appetizer came next.
We order soup dumplings, these were not soup dumplings. They weren’t even house made. They resembled some frozen dumplings you get from a Chinese supermarket, freezer burn and all. Actually, I’ve had much better dumplings from my local store. These were horrible The beef ribs and pop corn chicken were actually delicious, confusing us. Again, no fresh vegetables.
Our entrees arrived, this was a let down on all three dishes. The crispy red snapper was not red snapper and tasted old, the sautéed beef tasted like pre digested beef, extremely salty. The clay pot braised pork was off. We changed out the salt beef, for another pre digested salt beef (marinated way too long in baking soda). The rice was dry and just wrong. We barely touched the food. Again, no fresh vegetables.
Next came dessert, the mochi ice cream was awful freezer burnt and thawed and refrozen.
Most of the hot dishes seemed precooked and frozen then reheated for orders.
Don’t waste your hard earned money here just to throw it away in the toilet which you will be frequenting after your meal.
Our waiter was excellent unfortunately the food...

Our team of 14 ladies chose Jing Li for our year-end staff celebration lunch, and it exceeded all expectations! Every element was flawless:
The Food:We all opted for the lunch prix fixe (soup/app, entree, dessert). Each course wasn't just bursting with incredible flavor, but presented like edible art – the beautiful plating was almost too stunning to eat! The portions were incredibly generous, leaving everyone satisfied (and some even with leftovers!).
The Ambiance:Jing Li itself is absolutely elegant. The sophisticated decor and atmosphere provided the perfect celebratory setting for our special lunch.
The Service (Especially Tony!):This is where Jing Li truly shines. Our waiter, Tony was exceptional! Attentive, dedicated, helpful, and genuinely warm, he made our large group feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. His service was absolutely amazing and a huge part of our positive experience. We were so impressed, we happily gave him a 30% tip to show our appreciation for his outstanding effort.
Value & Overall: Considering the high quality, stunning presentation, generous portions, and impeccable service, the price felt way beyond reasonable – it felt like a steal! Every single one of my colleagues was raving about the food, the ambiance, and Tony's service. The universal sentiment? We can't wait to come back, whether for another special occasion, a regular lunch, or...
