I was introduced to Jadore through a friend while visiting Brooklyn, and it was an absolute gem of a find. I opted for the avocado toast and the Shakshouka, and both were incredible. I loved every bit of my meal and finished every last piece.
The avocado toast was a standout—creamy and perfectly seasoned, served on excellent bread and topped with a fresh side salad and juicy tomatoes. The Shakshouka was equally impressive, with a rich, and perfectly blended sauce that made it unforgettable. I made a mistake with my mocha order, but the owner handled it with such genuine kindness and grace, immediately offering to make me a new one for free. I was also highly impressed by the crème brûlée. It was sublime—with a satisfying crack of caramelized sugar giving way to a custard that was luxuriously soft, warm, and delicately sweet.
The service was top-notch—attentive, personal, and infused with a real passion for hospitality. If I lived in the area, Jadore would undoubtedly be my daily go-to spot.
I can’t wait to visit again. Their robust menu features everything from pizzas and brunch to croissants, artisanal ice cream, and an assortment of desserts that all appear to be handcrafted, authentic, and organic.
So happy I dropped in! Even a kid walking by stopped to say, “That croissant looks heavenly!”—I couldn’t agree more, and it’s first on my list...
Read moreNice service and cute interior. However, the menu is too big and they don’t carry the majority of items on their menu. I’ve stopped by twice and the individual working the front desk wasn’t sure what the main ingredients were for some items (not even sure if they had nuts). This morning I stopped by after 11:45am-12pm for “brunch” and was informed “the person who takes care of that isn’t here.” What? He then tried to get me to buy pizza….no one is buying pizza at 12pm on Sunday in Brooklyn.
The pizza should not be the major selling point - there are a million places in BK that are cheaper and have better quality pizza for the price. The bakery should be where the time and energy is invested. Please, if you’re reading this management: have consistent food items, brunch times, and perhaps less items if they’re not going to be regularly sold...
Read moreI cannot lie, this pizza is quite bad. If Sergio’s is a 6/10 and Krazy is like a 4, then this is a 2 or a 3. Crust has no crisp, sauce has little flavor, cheese is sorta congealed and plasticky. J’adore, if you’re reading this, please consider learning more about pizza making and maybe getting a brick oven? This area is sorely in need of a good old slice shop and I’d LOVE for it to be you guys. I’d go all the time! I think pizza making is absolutely a learnable art. But right now, the quality just isn’t there, and I worry for the longevity of...
