Time 4pm about this restaurant first of all i must be said in my entire life one of the worst restaurant i visit today in new york 🤮. those employees behave like we going to eat over here for free food . mostly one tall girl she totally act like a racists omg she like coming for modeling not for job even though my chair is not good i told her i think thisone bad can you help me please she ans me like yeah watch your behind you can change from back & i did like seriously this is your behaves with customers?Now start talking about food omg they r stallings like me & my friend order something & those they said don't have it ok cool we order calamari, chicken wings & lamb chops . she said for calamari we need to wait 20/30 mint we said ok coz we have enough time after 40/50 mint she give us wings & lamb chops like seriously so what should we eat enters after our main course?? Our wings is ok like they just cook & that’s it mix with something but also when we check the lamb chops omg there nothing flavorful like we can feel it we eat something 😬 taste like just heating meat and eat not flavor etc also we paid $32 for lamb chops & you guys can see where is the meat ??? only this amount is it real like how much cost for this amount meat ? so we cancel clamari we just eat those for $70 dollar & some changes . i ask her for bill she give us with adding tip ik she gonna do like this coz she realize we don’t give her anything for her service but we don’t say nothing also when time for pay she show me here for more tips 😂😂 like seriously you u want more money for ur bullshit service?? I skip & she show a look a like she gonna kill me with her eyes 🤔 . but only one lady she work in bar when i ask something her behavior is really nice & on the spot i feel like how bad / gd people working together that’s the prove she is ❤️. I wish I could give this place a higher rating however if I could give them a 0, I would. I made reservations for myself and 2 of my friends for 10 well in advance. When we arrive to the venue, the manager comes up and says he has no availability other than the bar or a table near the front door. We get seated at the front door and told that when a table opens in the back we would be seated. The first waitress comes by and gives us the paper menu which only had 3 available items to order. We ordered something to drink and were moved to the back in the meantime. The second waitress (who was really rude) asked us about 5 minutes after the first waitress gave us the menu if we ordered food because the kitchen was closed. We stated that the first waitress told us we can order food so she had to go confirm and the first waitress came back to take our order. Now one of the three items was no longer available so we only were able to order the yuca fries and the popcorn chicken. These items took us about 1.5 hours to arrive to the table. Each time we asked it was a different answer. One of the answers by the waitress was that because they are so popular, they run out of food. Another waitress said if we did not want to wait we could leave to another restaurant. When the food arrived, the yuca fries were soaked in oil. Beyond soaked.
