To whom it may Concern, I’m writing this email to express the frustration and the lack of service I experienced at one of your properties.

The location is: 1270 1st Avenue New York, NY 10065

I was super excited to try Le pain Quotidien, as I just started working close to the area. I felt that I may have found my new lunch spot. However I was super disappointed. I ordered the chicken mozzarella melt and waited 25 minutes patiently, as I only had an hour lunch break, i went up to the register, and inquired about my order. When i inquired about my order the person at the register seemed annoyed. 5 minutes after she then came to speak to me to provide me an update. At that moment I learned that she was one of the managers. She informed me that my order was never put in, and the kitchen would be working on it. I then waited patiently for another 8 minutes. This was now a total of 38 minutes of my lunch hour wasted. As the wait took so long I then decided to cancel my order and have it refunded to where I was advised by the same manager that the order would be coming out shortly. I was appalled at the fact that they denied me of opportunity of making it right and allow me to leave , as I asked to cancel the meal and have it refunded, instead yet again I got it will be out shortly. Never did I get an apology, the meal that I wanted to eat in the space, became a meal I had to eat as I was walking back to work, in order to avoid going over my lunch break. I was super disappointed as I waited over 40 minutes of my lunch hour for an open face sandwich. I truly feel this was a lack of customer service and I will not be recommending any of my colleagues to your space. I’m hoping that this email can serve as a training opportunity for communication and guest interaction. As tickets should not get lost, managers should be better trained in handling situations with guest. And no one should be waiting over a period of 40 minutes to receive an order for 1 person. I will be happy to provide further details if needed, and i thank you for reading...

Came here on a random weekday afternoon. Guy was quick to give my coffee and then ignored me the rest of the time i was standing there instead of giving me the rest of the items in my order. When i approached another cashier, she was rude but quickly gave me my brownie. I wasted a total of 20 minutes on my lunch break here. The entire thing should have taken less than 5 minutes. All they had to do was grab the brownie off the shelf and hand it over since it had already been paid for but they took care of everyone else’s orders except mine even though i was standing right in front of the cashier. Not sure if these people come to work drunk or on something that they ignore people who are right in front of them and then treat them rudely when the customer is only asking for something they paid for. Definitely not returning. Pretty good food but will find another location with better...

Yesterday we entered this coffee house around 5:58 pm and ordered coffee and croissants. Nobody told us they close at 6 pm. No info about this was on the door. At the dining room a few people looked like customers quietly talked. When we sit at the table young man from this group approached our table and said they are closed and we should go. I asked why nobody notified us when we entered and promised to finish our snack fast. After this came tall young woman without mask (a manager?) and with harsh voice said we should leave since they are closed. I told her we cant eat on the sidewalk during the cold winter evening. Her reaction was 'It's not our business. We r closed'. I refused to go. She walked away and loudly said to another employee 'You should check their CDC card. They probably not vaccinated'. (We are vaccinated). At 6:15 pm we left this place. It was a very...

I’ve been to a few midtown locations for breakfast and lunch, but it's my first time here. My schoolmate and I decided to come here for lunch so she could introduce her newborn son. Adorable baby! Unfortunately, he couldn't eat yet, lol. I had eggs and avocado in a skillet, and she had a Cobb salad. My lunch was not bad. The avocado was fresh. Anything cooked on a skillet always turns out well. The skillet has some magic! I also had an unsweetened iced tea. I liked my simple lunch. Her salad looked good too. The service was good and the place was pretty big with outdoor and indoor seats. The indoor dining area is enormous. The baby's stroller fits in between the two tables. That's how big each space is. They have been consistent with fresh ingredients. It's a good place for breakfast or lunch.

This is my new favorite LPQ in the city. The food in LPQ is always good! My go-to items from the menu are the Skillet-Baked Eggs with Bacon and Scallion and the French Cream Doughnut. This particular branch stands out from the others because of the following reasons: nice neighborhood, the interior space is clean, the music they play is relaxing, the restrooms are spotless, and the service is amazing! My husband and I just had breakfast here this morning after our weekend long walk. We would definitely go there again. Highly recommended!

Looking for a good bakery experience? Well, look no further! This spot offers truly superb food that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Sure, the service may be a tad slow, and a few staff members could work on their friendliness, but hey, it's all worth it once you sink your teeth into their delicious treats. If you're not in a rush and don't mind a little wait for some mouthwatering toast, this charming bakery is definitely the place for you. Treat yourself and indulge in their scrumptious creations!
