I wanted to find a classic bar in NY while on assignment covering Fashion Week for White Caviar Life - and fulfil my first trip to New York - stumbled across The Magician and it was Magic! I am shocked that this place is still in business. The staff were extremely rude and made my friends and I feel very uncomfortable. Specifically the bouncer with glasses and the bartender with the pixie cut. I’m surprised they’re still employed here considering there are over 10 reviews complaining about this pair and how they treated the patrons.
