Walk in at 2:20 PM. I eat lunch late so i get good service and avoid crowds. Dude working the grill is the only person there. He making two other orders and asks me how many patties i want. I say 1. He asks the guy behind me the same thing. He says 2. Dude throws 3 patties on the grill, then runs over to take my order. Little burger. No cheese. Small fries, large drink. $18.27! I add a dollar tip. Make my drink and wait. Food comes out. Burger has cheese on it. I take it up to the counter to inform them of the error. At this point, the cook dude has sat down to his own lunch. Female at the counter says we cant take that back. I ask her what she'd like me to do with it. She says throw it away. She tells me i don't have to be rude. I said i haven't said 1 rude syllable. My tone might sound rude because im $20 in and my Gourmet burger isnt right. "Remake" is called out when the replacement is ready. Its correct. But now my fries have gone cold. $5.19 for those cold fries. I drove past 3 other burger places to get here and be ridiculously disappointed. I doubt I'll ever come back to a five guys. They provide zero value to the customer. At no point did any follow up take place with me, as a...
Read moreMy husband and I are regulars that frequent the newnan location. Since our last visit I have become pregnant. On several occasions we have been served burgers that were not well done I didn’t know it was against policy otherwise I would have brought it up but my husband happily eats them so usually we don’t care. However, pregnant women cannot/should not eat meat that is not well done. My husband asked the associate taking our order if she could please make sure the order was well done. She smirked and said they all are. I told her I was pregnant so I needed to make sure as we have been served undercooked meat at the location before. She yells to the cook to make them well done he said he always does they proceed to mock and laugh about it to each other in front of us at the register. It made me very uncomfortable, embarrassed as the whole store could hear, and feel a little bullied. This experience has deterred me from going to this location 2 times since, like I said we are regulars. I wish to never go back and will eat elsewhere to avoid the mistreatment. I strongly believe your employees need to undergo sensitivity training of some sort as she could have just kept...
Read moreMy family came in for lunch during our lunch break and were given very terrible, uncomfortable service. The staff was not only condescending but also had loud conversations about us during our dine in experience. We’re frequent visitors of five guys as we want the best quality burgers when burgers are craved. However, this experience by far was the worst experience that we have encountered at a five guys. The young hispanic woman taking orders was loudly tapping her finger nails and rolling her eyes at us refusing to explain any of the questions she asked us. The menu is simple so we were very confused as to why she asked her questions to begin with, which is why we needed an explanation. Fast forward, we were waiting for a condiment that is not accessible to guests and another young lady (white) walks up to the first young lady talking about us and telling her she was “right” for having an attitude with us and that she did nothing wrong. There is a way to treat people and customers, and...
