Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Newnan

Pretty bummed. Sunday afternoon, had previously went into a competitor sandwich shop down the street but they were totally backed up so I came to JJ cuz they are freaky fast and I was in a hurry. I did not leave a tip after paying for a turkey umwich, and the cashier thinking I could not hear her said to the guy making the sandwich "didn't leave a tip." I take a bite of my sandwich after leaving and paying $8 to realize they had put ONE piece of turkey on the sandwich. I don't think I will be returning. I'm still starving, and paying that amount for one piece of meat, two slices of tomato, and a handful of lettuce is pretty bonkers. While driving through Newnan on a trip we ordered from this Jimmy John’s store through the app so that it would be ready when we arrived. We even double checked the hours on the web and on the app. When we arrived there store was closed. My money was not refunded within a few days so I called the store. They only offered for me to pickup my order or cash in person that day but since I do not live in Newnan that obviously wouldn’t work. I left my name for a manager to call me back but no one ever did. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company which was just resolved in my favor. What a pain! I will be careful using the Jimmy John’s app with stores not immediately near my house...

Sandwiches are always good but the delivery time is TERRIBLE! Ordered online before 6:30pm and it's 8pm and still no delivery. This isn't the first time they took over an hour to deliver and they have delivered to the incorrect address. We understand our address is weird but we put directions in there that no other delivery service has issues with. They call if they are lost, Jimmy John's does not call and delivers to wrong address! My fiance just called to see the status and they delivered it to the wrong address and couldn't make us another one because everything is closed up.
