Five Guys — Restaurant in North Charleston

1st I walk in, there's one other customer who has already ordered on the other end of the counter. Nobody helps me for what feels like an eternity, just me standing at the register while they all look at each other and play "not it". So I finally get to order, when paying I see the little order screen on the computer is wrong and I correct her on the order before they even start making food. Upon receiving the food, I ask "is there mayo on it". She looks at the receipt on the bag and says "yes". Of course I look at it and no, there is not. So I bring this to the attention of the girl who rung my order in and she hands me a cup of mayo with a knife and says "I can't just put mayo on it, or I guess I could re make it if you really want me to". So now I have a burger and fries I paid $15 for that is all tore up because I went through the burger before eating. Awful service. Just remake the order that I repeated 3 times and you still got wrong!!!. It shouldn't feel like I'm...

I want to say that I love the food here at Five Guys..... I waited for 20 minutes to get my food. I paid over $ 35 dollars with tip included to get less than what I ordered....I ordered a large fry but received a large cup not filled to the top. I'm so use to ordering a small that feeds 2 so I assume that a large fry would feed two hungry working men...What i got would only be enough of one.... I sat there watching them prepare fry orders as I waited on my own but when it was time to prepare my order they ran out of frys. The worker told the supervisor that he didn't have enough fries for my large order the manager stated to the worker that what he had would be okay. ....It's not okay. ..If I was buying this for myself, I would have gotten my money back. ...I was buying this for my husband and his friend. ...I want what I paid...

It has been awhile for a visit, as we have one child with a peanut allergy, so timing is always critical. Had a chance though to share a moment with my daughter, who will be back to college in a couple of weeks. She treasures the times at Five Guy's, not with me, but her diving/swim team from the time in High School. It is nice though to hear her stories. Anyway - again - it has been awaile, was looking to have what I had on my last visit, but descriptions and options changed. Made it to difficult for me the remember how by burger was last, so I just ordered one of the available options. Great tasting burger all round. The amount of fries delivered - couldn't eat them all.
