Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orlando

They're service is BAD. More than one time I've come to this place since I live upstairs and almost every employee I've seen that works at this location has an "I dont want to be here" attitude and they take it on their customers. This is practically a Dunkin Donuts with barely any donuts. In the middle of the afternoon (3pm) their selection of donut consists of only glazed donuts and donuts with strawberry filling.....thats it! And the only employee that was there refused to make more. Also, I wanted a cholata which the menu said came in a lot of different flavors and she said only strawberry. Everything the employee was telling me was with attitude. At this point, my girlfriend and I are talking on the phone because they dont have anything she wants and the employee tries to rush me to pay fast so she can go sit down and be on her phone which is how she was when I got there. This is the worst Dunkin Donut...

This location consistently have missteps.

Let me count the ways;

1. Consistently burn croissants. Todays order I had to cut away the burned portion which left the sandwich messy to eat. I started ordering it non-toasted (missed once), but I forgot to ask this time. This is the most consistent thing about this location.

2. Consistently burn bacon. A previous order was burned so bad it didn't taste like bacon, but char thru and thru. This has happened at least 3 times previously.

3. Consistently burn hash rounds. Most recent order perfect, but previous orders had burned edges and were flattened. This has happened at least 2 other times.

4. Consistently miss add-on items. i.e. extra cheese etc. Missed extra egg & extra sausage for my last order. Missed changed in bread on an order I went in store to order. I didn't press the issue.

5. Consistently inconsistent.

Let me start off by saying I go here EVERY day. I don’t mean on weekdays or just on Fridays. I mean every single day. Living in the building upstairs gives me the ability to do so. It’s part of my routine at this point and with that routine I hope to get some joy out of it before diving into work.

That said, every single time I walk in there I am recognized, I am greeted and most importantly I am treated with kindness. No matter how busy it is or how crammed the place is I always get a hello and a good morning. Sandra at this point knows my drink which I truly appreciate her for or Latosha almost seemingly knowing my normal time for arrival for my morning coffee seeing them two and knowing I’m about to be taken cared of is truly a refreshing experience. These two are straight up rock stars at their job and the recognition they get (or should get)is well deserved.
