Absolutely terrible customer service, bordering on negligent. Another POC reviewer mentioned how they never acknowledge her when she enters the location, but acknowledge..... other people. I had the same experience here, but as a Doordasher.
I stood at the pickup counter for almost 10 minutes before i finally decided to ask if the sandwich sitting on the back counter happened to be my customers order. I had not been acknowledged ONCE. Not even a "hello," "be right with you," "we're working on your order," NOTHING. They quite literally acted like I didn't exist.
When i finally attempted to get the attention of the cashier who stood not even 3 feet away from me, he physically turned his back on me. I let it go after quietly mentioning to my friend on the phone that i felt deliberately ignored. Then another employee came up to me with my customers receipt in her hand (not even the food, just the receipt) not to tell me the order was ready or even address my wait. The first thing she did was begin to gaslight me by accusing me of "disrespecting" her employee and "yelling" at him.
I treat everyone with dignity and respect and treated him as such, so this was very confusing to me. Then they both proceeded to gang up on me??? I'm standing there confused trying to assure them i did not yell at, or mean to be rude to, or disrespect anyone?? Then, she proceeded to ask me the customers name, which i responded with, only for her to put her hand up and say "no, no" in the middle of me answering her question. Girl, WHAT??
This woman was extremely rude & confrontational for no reason whatsoever & made me so uncomfortable. She seemed to be triggered about something else entirely, choosing to take her upset out on me. It was the most confusing lack of customer service experience I've ever had in my life.
I would never trust any of these people to make my food with that nasty and hateful energy. Absolutely neglectful service and i wasn't even the customer, just a driver tryna do my job just like them. I'd never try to make a workers job more stressful. But they made sure to give ME that energy. Gross and unacceptable.
Also, when they make people's sandwiches they make them directly on the counter which is unsanitary and is an obvious source of cross contamination, which could explain why some people get sick from the food here. They need to put peoples sandwiches on paper before placing onto the counter. I couldn't imagine people as rude as this caring about people's health and safety though. Do yourself, your peace and your health a favor and choose another...

When you order online instead of having the sandwich size as one of your first choices, it is the last choice you will make when ordering on line. If you select no mayo or wheat bread and then you get to the end of the selections and select giant size, giant size will cause all of your other selections to reset back to default settings. I tried to call the number they have listed for over 15 minutes and could not get through but it was lunch hour. So I contacted their corporate offices and notified them of the issue. So how do I know all of this, you ask. Well, I ordered for a guy at work and he specifically said to verify no mayo, so I opened his order and checked and it had mayo NOT checked, I'm positive, and then I said I'll get giant size for him so I checked Giant right after. When the order came it had Mayo all over it, so I started to blame the servers, but then I said, I need to make sure I ordered no mayo before I whine. When I saw that I did NOT order no mayo, my order said mayo on it, I said, that's some BS there, I know I unchecked mayo so I redid the order and found that when you check Giant size at the end it resets your other selections back to default. I'm thinking other people are getting screwed by this malfunction as we speak. It also makes me giggle. Here is why. Some guy will call them saying " I ordered no mayo, you screwed up my order!" and the server will reply, "Take your Alzheimer's meds dude, I'm looking at your receipt and you ordered Mayo" and the guy on the phone will think he is senile...when he is not. Yeah, that could happen. This website needs to be fixed.
Hey people - Jersey Mikes fixed this problem ASAP but I felt compelled to add this footnote. Its 2024 now and this incident just happened at another sub place (who will remain nameless) and the same guy I mention in this review who got tortured with the mayo tainted sub had the same thing happen AGAIN - Poor Rod Hodges got the mayo sub = AGAIN after we did all this work to avoid it. We demand justice for Rod! No more mayo assaults!...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with this location the last time I went. I place two back-to-back orders for pickup. The first one used some reward points and the second one was an order I placed for a coworker. We arrived and neither order was ready yet. They asked for the names and then one of the workers told us he was working on both right now and just needed to finish the toppings. My coworkers order came out first for some reason. So he took his food outside to start eating. I patiently waited. And waited. And waited. I finally asked what was going on because no one working seemed to notice or care that I was just standing there forever. Turns out that they hadn't even started on mine. They looked in the computer and could clearly see the two orders but did make them both for some reason. Needless to say, my lunch break was ruined and I had to try to eat during a remote meeting I had. No apology or explanation was given. I should also note that there was only one other customer there when we arrived, so they definitely were not...
