I went to CiCis pizza tonight hoping to have the great experience I had as a child. I took my children here for the first time to have dinner and experience a fresh meal from the place I loved most as a young one. with the expectation of having outstanding service as I always did and good food. My food allergies and preferences have changed over the years and for religious reasons, I no longer eat pork. I expressed to the manager who would NOT disclose her name for whatever reason, to myself and family that we cannot eat pork and the veggie pizza was sitting on the same tray as a pork pizza. The manager than told myself and family that they CROSS CONTAMINATE EVERYTHING! And because of how busy they are, that they can’t accommodate even to someone allergic, the manager explained to me that she just simply tells them “you shouldn’t eat here” . As I was sitting there appalled and trying to explain to the “manager” that, that shouldn’t be allowed, another customer came up to me and told me to stop explaining because they can tell on the managers face that she did not care. It’s upsetting to me because I tell everyone I know about how great CiCis was as a kid and I convinced my whole family (who also don’t eat Pork) to EAT HERE. I’m absolutely blown away that someone wouldn’t care to even at LEAST say they will TRY to do better as far as allergies, preferences and religious reasons for certain things that are VERY common now a days that aren’t eaten. I could never come back unless that would change and that manager to have some further training on customer service and restaurant standards. I don’t think CiCi or any other place would say “just don’t eat with us” rather than accommodating to every client they come across to fulfill and satisfy everyone who would like to eat at their restaurant. I’m offended and the fact that she wouldn’t even tell me her name, makes me think she knew what she was saying/doing is wrong and didn’t want repercussions. Word of mouth goes a LONG way and I don’t think CiCis wants to lose any customers over things they...
Read moreThis all-you-can-eat pizza buffet offers a solid dining experience that’s family-friendly, affordable, and surprisingly clean. The dining area is well-kept and spacious, and the bathrooms are also clean—something that often gets overlooked in similar establishments. It’s a great spot for both small groups and larger parties, as seating for 10 or more isn’t an issue.
The pizza itself is tasty and very very fresh, though it does tend to run out during peak times. That said, the staff works hard to keep the buffet stocked, replenishing their variety relatively quickly and consistently, which shows they’re on top of the demand. There’s a good variety of toppings and styles, catering to most tastes.
A standout item for me were the cinnamon rolls—soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They’re a great way to wrap up the meal and definitely worth saving room for. They also offer other tasty desert treats, but none quite as good as the cinnamon rolls if you ask me.
The restaurant also features a well-maintained and fairly modern arcade, which gives kids something fun to do after eating. This extra touch makes it a great spot for family outings.
Overall, it’s a clean, casual, and satisfying buffet experience. What you would hope to see at every Cicis, Stevie B’s, or any other pizza...
Read moreMy family just moved to Panama City 2 months ago. We have always been a fan of CiCi's pizza, so we were happy to see one here. With my husband's busy work schedule we do not have much fun family time that includes him. He had the day off and we decided to make a fun day of it. We took our 2 children, ages 6 & 7 to the beach after school for a few hours. We decided on CiCi's for dinner, it's also next to a large arcade/bowling/skating place. Walked in and noticed it was overpriced compared to other CiCi's, but it was our "family fun day" so be it. Went to get our drinks and half of the sodas had Out Of Order papers taped on them. Had to settle. Walked up to the buffet and was surprised to find styrofoam plates. Not many pizzas to choose from. The pizza they did have tasted old and disgusting. When they put new pizzas out, they were the same way. Ok, time for dessert. Can't go wrong there, right? WRONG!! All they had were a few pieces of brownies. No dessert pizza, no cinnamon rolls. What a waste of time and money on our fun day. I forgot to mention the rusty forks and the overall sticky dirtiness of the place. Such a shame. At least we...
