Five Guys — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

This was a shocker. You would think in a tourist city since the prices are sky-high they would do a little extra to assure customer satisfaction, but not this location.

I've never gotten cold fries at 5 guys not even when I uber eats it, and when you have one bathrooms out of service you don't make the customer wait 15 minutes to put some soap and napkins in it, especially when you know 99.99% of your customers are on vacation and time is always limited.

I would've given a 1 star review, but the older gentleman working as a cashier tried his best to satisfy his customers, also when yall out of your self serve items dont horse around pay more attention to eachother rather then your customers.

Down time is not chill time when all yes literally all your tables are filthy. Why should I have to grab napkins, wet them, and wipe tables to enjoy a cold hot-meal?

They should have made the cashier the manager, not the young person who spent more time playing than working.

IF YOU GET PAID FOR EVERY MINUTE YOU ARE THERE, IT'S THE ESTABLISHMENTS RIGHT ON YOU FOR YOU TO EARN YOUR PAY!

SHAME ON YOU...

Edit 2: Food and service has vastly improved for the moment. Hoping it remains.

Edit: terrible experience and they robbed me of the $4.86 tip after my refund from a long wait and inedible food. They don't refund what you paid since they keep the tip given before service (what a concept). So I spent 55 minutes of my life to support Five Guys and left with no food and nearly $5 gone. What a joke. The workers are having playtime and not serious and no one seems to be running the place.

My family and I ate here for a quick lunch before heading home from vacation. We ordered our food and sat down. When our number was finally called I opened the foil that my burger was in and there was blood all over it from raw meat. My husband took it back to the counter and the lady argued that it was just tomato juice but my burger had no tomatoes on it. Needless to say another employee ended up opening the burger up and it was completely raw in the middle. They remade the burger and apologized, but I was very disappointed that whoever cooked this thought so little about customers that he could have possibly...
