Pizza is delicious! However, delivery is extremely unprofessional. I ordered dinner for a friend today to be delivered at 5pm (you can specify the time on their website). They ignored this, and showed up way earlier in the day. When they called and I asked who was calling, the delivery man sounded annoyed. When I explained the situation, he literally said, "What? Ughhhhhhh". And I waited for him to offer a solution but he just kindof cursed to himself on the phone and I sat in awkward silence. Finally I offered to call my friend, and luckily she was there early, but there was no attempt on his end to apologize or rectify the situation. Also, I wasn't able to edit my tip. Quick service, plenty of crust and cheese which was nice. But unfortunately the Stromboli tasted more like a pizza than an actual Stromboli. This is a pizza spot so I can see how most of their volume pertains to pizza. But the Stromboli tasted like a wrapped pizza and not a classic Philly Stromboli stuffed full of throughly cooked cheesesteak steak that reminds you of a lasagna. This Stromboli tasted more like a pizza. Still gave them 3 stars for the excellent customer service and extremely fast service. I used to get food from here all the time. I stopped a few months ago. It was good then but slowly started changing. I was hurt that my steak was measely. I should have known when I saw the guy lean on the roll while it was on the counter when he was reaching for something. No gloves! How do you dig inside the pickles with fingers and put them on a sandwich. I was so mad and that thing cost 8 bucks never again, will buy 8 bucks worth of meat and cook it my damnself. Way more bang and taste for my dollar. I was like I should call the health department. But they slow to do anything. That's the city for yous anyway they need to take her name...
