Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

June 16th, 2024 at 9:05 pm. I am an out of towner. First time in Tennessee. I Went to Baskin Robbin’s to get a milkshake and I ordered at the drive through. When I tasted my milkshake it taste like it was spoiled. I asked my husband to taste it and he agreed that it did taste weird. So I went in to exchange for a different shake. The shift manager came up to me with an attitude and told me in a rude way that it was not spoiled and carried on. I then asked for a refund. She asked if I had the same card that I paid with and I went back out to the car to get the card from my husband. And I politely told her that from a customer service worker to another customer service worker, the way she responded to a customer with an attitude was unacceptable and she was rude. She then responds with an attitude and I politely left out telling everyone to have a blessed night! I highly dislike rude customer service! Why apply for a job to serve others for a company and you do not know the first thing about providing customer service! I normally do not write reviews but since I’ve been in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, which has now been a full day, I have seen a hug difference in people’s attitudes and especially their customer service. This place is disgusting - the server a young smart behind- was dressed with holes in her pants large holes - jeans were dirty looking she had green blue hair which was very unkept -she rolled her eyes in front of my son. Very rude- poor customer service. I asked for a sample of icecream and when she handed it to me her hands were filthy. She obviously doesn't wash them. I paid 15.00 for 2 ice creams. When I walked out I looked at my icecream and I had gotten 2 scoops. The icecream was a little more than half filled and the bottom was empty. The chocolate icecream looked as if it had melted and then they refroze. It. When I went back in and asked her to please fix me another- she said that is how it's supposed to be. I said this is not even half a scoop and the chocolate does not look right She said sorry I don't make the rules. I said I want my money back. Just for my icecream almost 9 dollars for air and nasty icecream. When I asked for her managers name she said its on the receipt . Place was filthy- I won't go there ever again. And if I didn't have to I would not of even given it a 1 star. Someone who owns this BR needs to fix...

We came here yesterday August 24 ,2025 about 4:40-4:55. Once we entered the front door, there was a sign posted on the front door stating they were closed for 5-10 minutes, so we decided to wait. Ten minutes went and we knocked on the door and no one came. My husband then call and the phone just rang. We began to walk in front of the building and notice two females were just sitting there. They eventually saw me and then came and open the door. They seem to be moody. While they were making my cone a rugged guy came in and was waiting in line. We got 1cone with a scoop of ice cream and my husband got 2 scoops with chocolate cone. It came to $22 and change. I thought that was very steep . Well the guy that walks in walked got a scoop of ice cream and left the building without paying. Come to find out it was their friend. Well this is why our order was $22 because they’re too busy giving FREE ice cream to friends and family but over charging people like me who barely makes ends meet. I will tell you I will never come back here again. I hope others will boycott this...
