Barista is always a reliable and fantastic coffee shop. This location is newer and relies on the successful Barista shop model. Jerry (spelling?), the barista the morning I went, was extremely welcoming and friendly. He went over all of the food options and offered great conversation of the local area. I purchased an awesome banana chocolate muffin, sourced from Bake Shop. My drink was a rich mocha, with high % cocoa wafers - which was also awesome. I highly recommend this location. Consistently the best service of any cafe I frequent in SW PDX. They switch up their brewed offerings regularly, which is nice for the frequent fliers. A large brewed coffee to-go is less than $5 currently. Anyone paying $7.50/cup isn’t ordering “basic coffee”, sorry bro, try again…
