I consistently get terrible service here, worse than any other taco Bell I've been to in the City. sure, the staff is friendly enough, but I have had to routinely wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru window line, to the point that if there are too many cars in line I just don't go here because I know there's no way to get my lunch on time for the time allotted by my work. I've been consistently unimpressed for several months with this Hit or Miss drive-thru service, but today took the cake: they knew that their drive-thru line consistently takes forever, and they know that there is no exit once you get into their drive-thru line, yet they felt it was appropriate to notify people via the order speaker that their credit card machine was down, after they are already committed to waiting in line with cars in front of and behind them. I didn't happen to have any cash on me today, so I had to wait in line in my car for 20 minutes just to get out of line so I could go get food somewhere else. I told them it would be a really good idea to put up a sign so people don't get into the drive-thru line only to find this out, and as of leaving the drive-thru Lane 20 + minutes after entering, still no sign. They must think that people are dying to spend their evening/meal break at work sitting in their drive-thru line for no reason or something. The fact that their service is so hit-or-miss leads me to believe that perhaps they just have a terrible manager on a couple nights a week, sometimes I am in and out in no time at all and it doesn't seem to coincide with events at the Moda center or anything else like that, it is truly just hit or miss. I'm going to have to pass on this location moving forward, which is sad for them because essentially I'm a fish in a barrel as far as customers go. the same goes for at least a half-dozen people who work on my shift at my workplace, not too far from this location. It simply isn't worth the risk of finding out whether they're having a bad night or not, they are the slowest fast food...
Read moreSo, I gave this location 2 stars. Let me explain why. 1star for appearance and 1 for the app and website. As far as thier service they do not care about you or your order, as you probably already know. I used their website to order for convenience and ensure no confusion of what I'm asking or ordering. Plus, I like pre paying for it. This is the second time I've visited this location and used this service. When I announced myself at the menu board and pulled up to the window when prompted to, they greeted me and went to hand me my order, I ask them, "is my entire order in this bag?" And they responded with "yes". This is were the lack of care occurs. Now, let me say that most other locations and fast food restaurants have actually taken the extra 10-20 seconds to look in the bag and have at least counted the items in the bag and confirmed the same number of items exist on the receipt when asked this. This location does not even try to make sure your items are all accounted for, they rather lie to you then take 10 seconds to check. Both times I've gone to this location they have forgotten one of my items! Let me remind you an item that has already been paid for and when their charging almost $5 a taco, it's very upsetting😡 when you get home and find out! At that point there's not much you can do about it. If I ever go back to this location again, I will make sure to pull out each item in front of them at the window, while taking my sweet time and make sure that everything I paid for is in my bag before I even think about driving away (I suggest you do they same, unless you do not care about your money) and I will not care how long I hold up the line! To Guarantee I get what I paid for, as they can not be trusted and have proven to lie to your face. I will also say as far ad my experience goes, thier competitors will usually go over your order with you before handing you your bag, indicating all items you ordered are in the bag. Let me close this with "It's hard to earn trust, but easy...
Read moreThe worst experience I've had at a taco bell. We ordered at the drive through 5 minutes ago and asked if they are able to make a 5 layer supreme vegetarian, they said no... which in my experience if you ask for beans instead of meat they are able to do it... but the woman at the drive through speaker just said "no" in a rude and disinterested tone. I ordered the doritos locks tacos combo with BEANS instead of meat and asked for a dr pepper.... we were met with 30 seconds of silence and the order not added on the screen. We tried to get the person's attention and she just left us in silence for another minute. We tried to confirm that she got the order and she said "yeah" and then left us in silence again, then it suddenly popped up on the screen. We placed the rest of our order and when we pulled up to the window we got ignored and she was talking with the other people who worked there who were doing nothing at all. I am assuming that solid minute of silence at the drive through was from her talking with her coworkers ignoring us. When we got the order they put meat on the tacos not beans.... the service here is garbage and she had the same tone with everyone else who was there. These people are being paid upwards of $14 an hour and can't even make a taco right or pretend to be interested in the jobs they have. I will never give this taco bell my money again and I would reccomend you take your business elsewhere. Theres a chipotle down the street and they are always nice and have better quality ingredients and won't mess up your order. They also won't lie to you about not being able to make your food vegetarian. Whoever works at this taco bell does not...
