Panda Express on Milliken and fourth I come here maybe three times a month and every time I come here I see the portion size I pay the same amount as everybody else and I get less than everybody else Who are not African-American? I always order the bigger plate. I get the half-and-half rice and chow mein, fried rice and chow mein instead of giving me two spoons of rice they give me one and one spoon of chow mein one spoon of everything when I see the other skin color they serve them two spoons and maybe three spoons. So I figured it out. It is the color of my skin no matter how much money I spend is the color of my skin here at this panda express on Milliken 4th in Rancho Cucamonga. I asked the manager I said why is it that you’re giving the bigger portion size to those people and not me He says that is our portion size. I said well I didn’t get The same portion amount as you gave that Customer, whom was Hispanic he says ma’am I’m not going to be able to give you the same amount as I give them.we can’t do that. Apparently there is a certain place you are supposed to stand to order, although this is not marked. The girl that greeted us Alanie proceeded to take orders from two people that walked in after us. She then said oh you were standing in the wrong place. Then when I asked another employee Anna for the manager I was told he was on break and some one named Hugo came over. He said the manager was unavailable, although Anna had just said he was only in the back. On top of the poor service it appeared that they were not on top of keeping their food filled; most items were empty or close to being empty. Read moreI don't care for PE, they are so fake. Their noodles are dry and some of their entrees are so over thought that they are a mess! But that's not why I'm writing this, I can get by because my grandkids don't know better and they like it. Also they were open! But the reason I'm writing is the way the staff treated the family while we were there. They are supposed to be open to 9:30pm. We arrived before 9pm. They were already trying to close the dining area so they could swab the floor. The restrooms were closed and my handicapped grand child needed to go. The woman serving didn't want to allow the use of the restroom because they were closed. My wife insisted, (and when she insists people seem to just make it happen) so the young lady went and got the key to allow them in.
