They made a clearly undercooked product and refused to remake it.

Myers bakery is under new ownership. I’d like to warn everyone about the poor and deteriorating products provided by this store. I ordered custom made creme brûlée at a premium price for an important event. I was guaranteed the highest quality product by the business owner and head baker. The creme brûlée I received was purely liquid, runny and decompensated. Not only was it overly sweet, the consistency was just watery. This is because the creme brûlée was undercooked. I asked the manager to make them again or give me a refund and he refused stating they cannot guarantee the quality of their product after 24 hours. This not only is shameful business practice but unethical and dishonest. How unfortunate to treat people like this and produce a product that he cannot stand behind. Save your money and go...

Good sandwiches (particularly their bread). Poor services!! Closed at 5:30p, which is respectful. However, they don't service sandwiches before closing without any specific time limit. I was there 5 minutes before, the owner just said "No, closing!". Okey, I took it 5 minutes was kind of short. One time at around 5pm, they said "All bread Sold out !?". Today, at 5:15, was again "No, closing in 15" , I said "it only take 5 minutes to make one", no respond! (the owner walked by like he was a deaf) So, I had to ask when do you stop make sandwiches before closing, the answer 5:15. This used to be my local bakery and I really enjoyed it before I moved out of state. I just got back into town, decided to get some goodies-definitely not as good as they used to be. I bought a larger raspberry danish, it looked different, but I thought...I’ll try it, its always been good. It was $11.00 and no filling, but all overcooked dry bread with some glaze. Previously when I used to purchase it, it was overflowing with jam, jelly-whatever they used to use. So good. Total waste now, won’t go back. It also used to be very crowded on Sunday mornings-empty.
