I recently had the pleasure of trying the Dinorito from Bussin-Q, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! This delightful creation is a large tortilla filled with a juicy beef rib that effortlessly slides off the bone and Mac n cheese. The combination of tender meat and flavorful seasonings made each bite a true delight for my taste buds. What sets Bussin-Q apart is not just the incredible food, but also the unique dining experience. Located within the food truck hub called El Camino, this place offers a wide variety of drinks and food from different food trucks all in one convenient location. It's the perfect spot to explore different culinary delights and satisfy all your cravings in one go. Additionally, the abundance of seating options and the presence of a restroom make El Camino an even more appealing place to dine. The comfortable seating arrangements allow you to relax and enjoy your meal, while the restroom facilities ensure that your visit is as convenient and comfortable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend Bussin-Q and the entire El Camino food truck hub for an unforgettable dining experience. The Dinorito is an absolute must-try, and the vibrant atmosphere of El Camino adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole experience. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Came here for the first time. We ordered the Stoneritto and a side of waffle fries and 2 drinks. We got everything, but we got a Dinoritto instead of what we ordered. Stoneritto has fries in it and mines did not have. It took a while for it to come so I didn’t even want to bring it up in case I had to wait even longer. On top of that, I ordered a water bottle and never got it, and when I asked for it 3mins later, the cashier tried to charge me again. Anyways, waffle fries were delicious, but nothing special. The smoked beef rib was super tender and a bit flavorful. The mac-n-cheese was very bland and we had to rely on the bbq sauce to enjoy it. We got no napkins and had to stand in line to grab a fork and knife because there was no way we could bite that thing. Overall, very pricey, but still good to try once. The staff are friendly. Nice little courtyard surrounded by a bar, a few food trucks, and a playground for the kiddies. There’s a small pre-paid parking lot further up the street which I found to be cheaper. Very limited street parking and they don’t have private parking.

What an experience! Really enjoyed my first trip here. I received multiple recommendations from a group I'm in and they did not let me down. We ordered the Dinorito, Hot Cheetorito and the truffle mac. Wait time was about what was expected but the line moved super fast. The quality was amazing! Everyone who passed by asked if it was good or had some kind of compliment. You can tell this spot has the attention of the lot!

Dinorito 5/5 - couldn't ask for anything more. HUGE beef rib cooked to perfection, well seasoned and tender. Creamy and cheesy mac that added some different texture.

Pro tip: Have them add the Cheddar crust for $2 more!

Hot Cheetorito 4.2/5 - another HUGE beef rib, but this one had flamin hot Cheetos and mac and cheese inside with a nacho cheese sauce and crushed hot Cheetos dust on top. Almost perfect if it had some additional texture and a veggie or two like some red onions

Truffle Mac 4/5 - very good creamy cheesy mac with truffle oil. A great side item!

Overall, super impressed with our stop here and would be back if we were...
