I didn’t really know what to expect when I placed an order for the brisket quesadilla with bacon potato salad. I just hoped that it would taste okay and satisfy my hunger. From the first bite, I knew that this meal was going to be worth every dollar that I spent. The brisket was so tender and flavorful and the melted cheese, pickled onions and salsa were its perfect companions. Then I tried the potato salad. The color isn’t appealing but the taste certainly is fantastic. As great as the food was, I found myself getting full halfway through because of the generous portion. . This is a food truck located currently at Alamo Beer Co. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla that came with one side and optional variety of “trimmings”. It was SO good!!! It was plentiful enough to split the quesadilla with another person. Very tasty potato salad and pinto beans as sides. And other meals I saw being served looked yummy and very plentiful.
