I love Starbucks and have been a devout customer for many many years. This location is absolutely awful. Originally I thought maybe it was a one time bad experience however, it appears to be systemic. First they charge over five dollars for a regular cup of coffee, and today that is exactly what I went in there for. The coffee was awful. It tasted terrible, and when I asked them to make another one as a pour over, so I can get a decent cup, I was told no. We don’t do that here, the gentleman with the glasses and the longer hair told He didn’t offer to make a new batch either, just a glare to let me know I was not welcome. One would think that for over five dollars a cup you could at least follow the directions and making the batch which is clearly not something that happens here. In addition, this location does not accept cash, nor do they have any condiments, such as sugars, stir sticks, or straws available. you have to stand in line to ask for a straw. The other person that was working, there was very polite. She took my cup and poured me another one directly from the same terrible batch. this is the third time that I’ve gone to this location and all three times have been similar experiences. Regardless of what I order there’s always something wrong with it at this location. It looks like based on the reviews I’m not the only one that has had negative experiences with this particular store. I sincerely hope that the district manager for this district can help address the major failures, this store is...
Read moreI wish I had read the reviews before visiting this Starbucks. Whenever I travel with my family, my daughter and I love starting our vacation mornings with Starbucks. It’s our little tradition. I ordered a Grande Pike and she got a Grande Frappuccino. The total came to $16, and I simply asked the gentleman at the register what I ordered that cost so much.
Instead of a helpful response, I was met with a smug and condescending tone: “I don’t know if you’ve never been to a hotel before, but it’s connected to a hotel, so it’s more expensive.”
Not only was his tone rude and unnecessary, but trying to belittle me in front of my daughter crossed the line. I shouldn’t have expected much from someone proudly sporting a cubic zirconia on his lip. Clearly, class and decorum aren’t part of the uniform here.
We won’t...
Read moreWe have been staying at the hilton for thanksgiving. The day of thanksgiving around 9.30am they didn’t have any chai tea latte left ( i was surprised for a chain like Starbucks to run out of their drinks). So they gave me a tea bag chai with milk to replace it and they didn’t change me, and i appreciate that! Then the next day i went back there hoping to get my favorite drink, chai tea latte again... still out of it... it was 9.40am!!! I was so upset that they couldn’t fix that mistake since yesterday. And on top of that there was a note saying that we couldn’t use our starbucks app as a payment! I mean... really? I was disappointed about their service here! They need to improve that especially during a busy holiday...
