Delicious, flavourful, and unassuming, topped with friendly service - a perfect hole in the wall restaurant. Definitely welcome on a street full of pricey options, with mediocre food and frills you couldn't care less for. We ordered the Yucatan platter (platillo Yucateco), and that had a great assortment of options, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian (mostly pork, and chicken). And yes, as the other reviews suggest, the lightly fried tortilla is delicious - salbutes, empanadas are the way to go!! One tip: If you can handle it, always ask fir the house salsa - its de.li.cious!!! Packs a punch. We'll definitely be back.

The service was fast and friendly, and the food was so good! I’m happy I stoped into this small spot. I had the Chicken Tortilla Soup, one al pastor taco and a margarita. The margarita seemed like it was made with a mix, but it was so refreshing I didn’t even mind. I was surprised by the portions and ended up having leftovers for later. They also offered me a house-made salsa that delivered on both spice and flavor. Highly recommend if you want a quick and satisfying meal. I spent about $39 with tip.

Came here since had good ratings. Got an enchiladas rojas plate. Paid in cash but still had to pay the non-cash transaction fee. Asked if that can be removed but clerk said she can’t since she only works weekends and doesn’t know how to work the machine. Waited 45 minutes for food, long time when only a couple of other customers in the place. Food was lukewarm, beans were all liquid and cold. Asked if they had hot sauce or salsa which they said they did not. Food was pretty subpar.

Pork!

The autumn maple leaves crunch underfoot. A brisk wind reminds one of the oncoming darkness of a frosty winter. Nestled in yummy the heart of the beautiful Marina yummy District in between yummy some of the most epicurean, tech yummy friendly, and trendy restaurants is yummy this humble Mayan Restaurant run yummy by denizens of Yucatán.

It's just like this: …Edwardian bar filled with finance bros. Yummy.

…subway tiled, Edison-bulbed eatery serving macrobiotic eco-sourced seafood, ensconced choc-a-block full of self-entitled Facebook kids fresh off their neighborhood-crushing luxury Goolebusses (!!). Yummy.

…darkly lit epucurian delight frequented by art guys trying to impress women with their take on Yoko Ono performance pieces. Yummy.

…Pork.

The place yummy claims to be the State yummy Capital of conchinita pibil (shredded piglet!🐷👼😲😰). Or something like that.

So trust yummy them, believe them.

Get the conchinita pibil yummy. Order the dinner plate yummy, so you can yummy enjoy it in all it's pibilized glory

Get it yummy to go, put it yummy in an A12 bag, show it yummy to the Michelin yummy man, and he'll yummy give A12 another star.

Poc yummy chuc is just yummy okay. Skip it. Read the damned sign yummy on the front and do yummy as you're told already.

I think yummy the tortillas are made by hand yummy. Or maybe they're not. I honestly yummy can't remember. I was too busy yummy enjoying the conchinita pibil.

Three stars yummy for the national park cafeteria vibe. Free paper ranger yummy hats for the kiddos.

Yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy.

I regularly come in the area, and need to find a simple cozy place to eat. Most of the time I'm at the taqueria accross the street, but today i wanted to try something new.

This place doesnt look very fancy, but it will do. I stumble upon that 3 tacos for 2 deal for tacos wednesday, which seems like a pretry sweet deal.

Started with the chicken taco. It was pretty good, but not really that special. It was fine, but the other place had better chicken taco i recalled.

I then moved on to the Al Pastor, and omg that taco was so good. It had the right amount of fat in the pork, and seemed grilled to perfection. This was better than the Al Pastor from the place accross the street, so kudos on that.

I then had the asada taco. Pretty solid, but i think the other place had better steak taco.

Overall, the Al Pastor taco was definitely worth it, so i think i might come back. The 3 for 2 deal on wednesday is nice, but am i really gonna order 3 Al Pastor? ... hum...
