Postscript — Restaurant in San Francisco

I was really looking forward to trying this cafe after hearing so much about it, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a rather unwelcoming vibe, as the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to place my order, even though the place wasn't particularly busy.

I ordered their much-hyped latte and a croissant. Sadly, the latte was lukewarm and tasted burnt, a far cry from the rich, aromatic experience I was expecting. The croissant, on the other hand, tasted stale and was quite hard to chew. Given the price, I expected much better quality.

To top it off, the seating area was uncomfortably cramped and not very clean, with crumbs and napkins from previous customers left on many of the tables. It's unfortunate, but I don't think I'll be giving this cafe...

Cute and clean little market and café, perfect for breakfast and lunch time off your work. The food and drinks are freshly prepared with care and love for their clients. The place is always full, but it is easy to find a spot where to eat, since there are always people coming and going. I would like to give a shout out to Gina the owner, first of all. She was reorganizing the flowers and placed a little bouquet on our table with a big smile. We also chatted a little on the sidewalk outside. What a sunny and nice person. Indulge in the finer things….

I went basic, I went full flavor… I did the Tuna Salad… phenomenal… every ounce of protein felt clean… the fats, fresh… I love the hint of mustard… and the most subtle of spice, perhaps from the dill of the caper… very delightful

Staff is warm and welcoming, affluent clientele leads to a pretty work friendly and corporate social gathering place… I hope they are talking about the transition to renewables and a more ecocentric approach at capitalism… working together beats working...
