I just had the worst experience here. I was in a huge hurry because of a meeting I needed to get to and I was hoping that running through the drive-thru was going to be a quick process. I was wrong. I pulled up to order and no one greeted me to let me know that someone would be right with me. After at least 30 seconds I finally said hello into the box and waited. Several seconds later finally someone said sorry go ahead and order when you're ready. I ordered three grilled snack wraps and a large fry. The employee rudely responded "snackwraps, what?" Like they did not know what I was talking about. I repeated myself. They said "sorry, how many did you want?" I repeated myself again. They responded with "did you want those grilled or home style?" I repeated myself again. Then I repeated that I wanted a large fry. I then waited and waited for the car in front of me to get there order. When I finally got to the window the employees did not seem at all bothered that they had a line full of customers that had been waiting several minutes. I was looking in the window trying to figure out what was taking so long and someone asked me if I was missing something, I had not even gotten any of my food yet. When I finally did get my food I had to ask for a receipt because I looked in the bag and I had two large fries. I was charged for two large fries even though I only ordered one. The employees were very non-chalant and slow. The whole process took 20 minutes, in a drive-thru. That's ridiculous. I can only assume that there was not a manager in charge while I was there. Read moreLady at the window on 7/31 9:00pm was probably the worst service I have ever had. Not only did I have to wait to even hear from her. When I asked if anyone was there she said just a second with no explanation of "hey so sorry we are busy"
Then when she finally came back five minutes later she was extremely curt. I ordered the ghost pepper sandwich and she asked if I wanted spicy or regular. I was confused since it's a ghost pepper sandwich. I wanted to be sure I ordered the right thing and asked is number nine the ghost pepper.sandwhich since I'm confused. She didnt let me answer my question and interrupted me with a frustrated tone and voice and said "yes yes yes yes"
I asked her politely to not interrupt me since I wasn't done with my question. Intercom goes silent. 30 seconds later she asks me to pull up to the second window.
I said no since we had more to order. Silence for another minute. That's when I got out of there out of extreme frustration. I get people have bad days but my god was this the most frustrating experience. If she would've just communicated what was going on or been a little nicer things would've gone so much better for my family. Read moreI went to this wendy's today, I am normally not the type to leave a review or complain. Although, I thought this was worth sharing. I went through the drive thru. I was waiting for about ten minutes for one car in front of me. I was just thinking "woah that guy must me ordering a mass amount of food." I finally got up to the window. There was no respond for a couple minutes so i asked hello a couple times. Someone finally responded that they will be right with me. After waiting about 5 minutes they were finaaalllly ready. I give them my order. and as Im talking, the workers began to laugh. I COULD HEAR THEM. I asked "May I get a four for four, double stack with a coke" The worker responded with "No, you may not?". I instantly got mad and asked WHY? and no response for a minute. I asked if they could repeat my order and they did. I went to the window and they obviously knew I was upset. The worker did apologize to me. I respected that. and it calmed me down. As I left I was happy because she offered me a frosty and said she was sorry. When I got home to eat.
