The restaurant had great food, but the service was absolutely awful.
It started out as a poor experience. We were seated at our table and tried to talk with one another, but the music was so loud we had to nearly yell to hear one another. When we asked for it to be turned down the manager/owner said corporate sets it at this noise level and it could not be changed. We waited 35 to 45 minutes for our food to arrive while the annoyingly loud music played on.
The food however was delicious. I thought the night was rescued, and a good night could indeed be had. Sadly, after about 15 minutes at least 4 waters, 2 sodas at the table were empty, and no refills were offered yet. We needed to flag down the waitress to get the refills.
We continued with the meal and our drinks were empty again. We waited for the waitress to take the initiative, but no she didn't refill our drinks until we flagged her down again. Then she begins to leave until I stop her and ask for mine to be refilled as well. How could she not see mine as it was completely empty?
You might be thinking, oh well in a crowded place that's understandable. There were at least 5 staff members walking and talking with one another, not handling an issues at any table There was also only 5 other tables with people in them, so not busy and plenty of staff.
Our meal was about an hour. We decided to spend some extra time hanging out and talking, which we had now just accepted yelling as the norm for our communication for the night. A half hour after the meal was over no one cleared our plates, bowls or used dishes. This included our appetizer dishes as well.
My girlfriend decided to use the restroom, and was appalled by that experience too. One toilet was out of order, hey things happen and I get that. The 2nd and third stall someone had ripped the toilet paper holder off the wall and shoved a whole roll of toilet papers, paper covering and all, into each toilet. As well as throwing the hand soap container in the 2nd stall.
This was an awful experience almost all the way around. The food was good, but with so many other negative happenings, good food does not make this a place to come...
Read moreI have ordered take out on 2 occasions at this location.
The first time I couldn’t figure out where the parking was. I called the location to ask and the hostess that answered also didn’t know. My friend dropped me off at culinary drop out and drove around the block while I ran in and pick up my food. When I got inside I asked the hostess about my order and curbside parking, she said it’s open parking. I asked her where and she said, she could get her manager to explain to me where to find it but it might take awhile for him to come up front cause he was busy. I said that’s ok I’ll figure it out next time. I tipped for curbside pickup and ended up having to get out of my car. That wasn’t cool but I accepted that it was my fault since I couldn’t find PF Changs parking lot.
The second time I was prepared, parking is next to The Waterfront in the underground parking. I parked in PF Chang’s curbside pickup space. The online order instructs that you text them your parking space number once you arrive and they will deliver the food to your car. I text the number and waited for 20 minutes before calling the restaurant to ask for an update on my food. The hostess said someone was on their way down. Another 15 minutes passes and I call back, a different hostess answers places me on hold to look into the take out orders. Then she says someone should be headed down my way already. 10 minutes later someone comes down with the food, it was like a drive by. She tosses us the bag and is gone in a flash. No thanking me for the nice tip I left or the order I placed. No apology for their tardiness. Terrible service, food was cold, I would not recommend eating here. Too bad, we used to be regulars but the service is non existent at this location these days and not...
Read moreLife gets busy and sometimes it’s nice to order quick take out. I ordered online last night around 805pm. The message stated my order would be ready for curbside pick up at 840pm. You are then instructed to park in one of the “PF Chang’s curbside parking spots” (never mind that they don’t tell you where their parking is) once you arrive to the space you are supposed to text them with the parking space number. I did this at 840pm on the dot. A response was provided that they were headed down with the order. 20 minutes went by and no sign of delivery. I called the restaurant and Ashley answered, I explained that I placed an order online for curbside pick up and text them as they advised, but still no one has delivered my order. She said someone is on the way. 15 minutes goes by and I call again, this time Lyndsey answers and is just as confused as Ashley was. Another 5 minutes goes by and a girl brings the food to the parking space, she says “here’s your food, have a great night. Bye” doesn’t make mention that we waited over 30 minutes for our delivery food, doesn’t apologize. Don’t say thank you to the fact that we tipped very well on a delivery order. Tony and Lexi were the general managers on duty last night and couldn’t waste any of their time providing a simple apology for the inconvenience. We spent $100 and couldn’t get any customer service. This is not the first time I have had bad service at this location. My entire family will be posting reviews on their experiences. PF Chang is an overrated chain restaurant that doesn’t care about the service they provide or the cold food they serve their customers. Won’t be spending another dime on “cheap” take out with this...
