My husband and I bought lunch at this Subway on Sunday October 22nd around 100. There were 2 employees making sandwiches. We patiently waited. When the lady went to make my husband's 6" sandwich, he asked for more olives. She literally told him her boss only allows them to put 3 olives on a 6" sandwich. Never heard of this before. Absolutely ridiculous! Any time I've been at Subway and someone asked for more of one of the toppings (not the meat or cheese), I've always seen the employee add more without any issue. If that is accurate that they are only allowed to put 3 olives on a sandwich, the owner of this business needs to rethink their operations and what they tell the employees. Read moreThe young man working all by himself tonight (July 9) needs to be commended for his hard work and positive attitude. There was a line out the door and this poor kid had online orders coming in too, but somehow he still gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! He made the sandwiches perfectly and efficiently, even going the extra mile to pick out the best tomatoes and lay the cold cuts perfectly, all while cracking jokes.
To the management of this subway: it seems that understaffing is a chronic issue at this location… even though this kid killed it, it doesn’t mean you should be putting him in this position. Read moreSo I eat here alot, but really stopped going because of the wait littery you can wait a 1/2 hr or more at times. Let me say it's not the workers fault the owner never staffs correctly. I'm here now 15 people waiting in line a group of 7 people sitting down waiting @1 person working running the cash register @ making sandwiches for store and doing the call ins. Owner cares less or he'd be staffing the proper way. The store is dirty too who has time to clean when trying to make the customer happy. I've walked out many time do to the wait time let me stress not the workers fault.
