Staff is always friendly but management is horrible. They are usually understaffed and will turn off the Mobile Order function, which is fine considering I then know I will have to wait in the drive thru. I go to Starbucks everyday, today I placed my mobile order and pulled into the parking lot. There’s handwritten signs on the door that says “the lobby is closed due to understaffing, please use the drive thru”. I walked to the side door next my mobile order and a Corporate Employee (according to the drive through employee), looked at me and put his arms up like “there’s nothing I can do” I pointed at my coffee and gestured for me to go into the drive through. He literally could have given me my coffee in half the time he spent rudely responding to me, he acted like it was beneath him to give me my coffee. I was in a hurry and forced to take extra time to get a coffee I already paid for. If you have to write a sign say “lobby is closed, only mobile pickups at the moment due to understaffing” or turn off the Mobile Order system (this happens about 50% of the time at this location). Overall, this location always has problems with staffing…. Nearly every employee I have encountered (except for corporate dbag) is extremely personable and friendly, obviously the issue is with corporate...
Read moreThis store was OUT of most of the on demand items/ingredients. Hailey (Barista) was the first one that took my order....that informed me that they were out of Oatmilk, refreshers, whip cream, etc. I commented that they should just close the store for the day. Then I sensed ears that were listening and eyes that was rolling with impressions that was not too nice, which lead me to be more upset, especially receiving a not so great attitude from Hailey. So, I then asked for a supervisor- her name was also, Hailey. Upon ordering, I had asked for another barista's name (that gave a weird facial reaction). She didn't want to give the name. What professionalism does this entity provide.....NONE! They shouldn't be hiding their name tags....that's why the company provides name tags. Then I get directed to the store manager, Melissa... another person that didn't want to disclose the name. She showed no interest in listening and being heard (as a customer).VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR...
Read moreHad the strangest experience at this Starbucks. We ordered 4 drinks-one was a caramel Frappuccino. They handed us a blended drink completely white with no coffee in it. The guy at the drive through window was really nice and checked with another guy. He came over to explain that the color of the espresso is just really light so we can’t see it. Clearly there was no coffee in it. He kept insisting it had coffee, but there was no brown color whatsoever. Like arguing an apple was actually an orange and we just couldn’t see it…. They finally offered to remake it and the next one had some color but it was poured on top, not blended in. We just ended up taking it. The next drink was iced and they tried to hand out a hot one. So bizarre since our mobile order was clearly printed on the labels. Anyways-would have appreciated quick acknowledgement of a mistake and an ‘I’ll remake it’ but instead the whole exchange was...
