Found a Gem in SeaTac! The Customer Service/ the Bread is SUPER FRESH AND THE CAKES ARE DELICIOUS! I have attended several parties and I always ask where the cake came from. Why? Because my grandmother had Mexican Bakeries in South Texas! AND I KNOW WHO KNOWS HOW TO BAKEAND WHO HAS PASSION AND THE FLAVOR! With that said- I RATE THIS A 10!!! OMG FROM THE FRIENDLY FAMILY OWNERS TO THE DELICIOUS FRESH BAKED BREAD! THE RECIPE GOES BACK TO THE MEXICAN ROOTS. STOP BY ONE DAY AND CHECK IT OUT! I PROMISE THIS IS THE PLACE TO GRAB A CAKE OR FRESH MEXICAN BREAD. Les doy dos estrellas porqué en verdad los pasteles están mejor que varias pastelerías, pero desafortunadamente el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Si estás ordenando y vas a pagar son cortantes pero te atienden pero al momento que tienen que entregar todo cambia. Ordené pastel para la 1 una de la tarde con 3 días de anticipación; te piden pagar por adelantado por lo cual tiene sentido. Pagué por adelantado sin preguntar precio porqué en realidad no me importaba y lo necesitaba. Se llega el día de recogerlo resulta que nos dicen que hay que esperar una hora porqué tenían muchos pasteles que hacer. Pedí hablar con el encargado, el cual era el dueño aparentemente y su actitud fué “pues tengo muchos pasteles que hacer” se lo termino en 30 minutos. En ningún momento me pide una disculpa y me hace sentir menos importante que los otros pasteles. Me molestó mas su arrogancia y falta de atención. Como trabajadora de atención al cliente, esperaba una disculpa o algún descuento, el “dueño” descaradamente me dice, no le pienso dar ningún descuento, quiere el pastel o no?! No tuve más opción que aceptar la grosería y falta de respeto, a pesar que le mencioné que me perdería como cliente, no accedió a comportarse. El descuento para mi no era lo importante era “el hacer lo correcto”. Este establecimiento no es de fiar para los horarios!! Better management skills are needed!! I pass by this bakery every day on the way to work and finally stopped in to buy treats for the office. I asked for an assortment of everything and they couldn't have been more helpful and proud of the quality of their pastries.

I ended up buying a couple dozen pastries and a tin of cookies and the total was $35! Amazing value and excited to come back in for other treats and tamales on on...
