We ordered from “Pizza Time” while staying overnight at the Red Lion Hotel at Seatac. We arrived quite late after our flight back from Oahu 10:30-11:00pm). I looked up places that delivered close to our hotel and found “Pizza Time”. We arrived back on a Saturday which meant that “Pizza Time” was open until 12:30am. Please note, “Pizza Time” is only open that late on Fridays and Saturdays at this location. Picking out the food and ordering it online worked just like any other pizza delivery service. I left my phone number with the order in case they would not deliver to the room so that I could pick it up at the front desk. The food was indeed delivered to our room. From the time of ordering the food though until it was delivered was a good 45 minutes so keep that in mind if you are really hungry. We ordered one appetizer of breaded ravioli (10 piece) with Marinara sauce (they call it “Red Sauce”). They were quite good. We ordered a 2 liter of Orange Crush. The pizza we ordered was a small Ranch Chicken Pizza. This pizza normally comes with chicken, ranch dressing/sauce, pepperoni, onion, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese. We had asked to have no onions. And this is the only negative thing I really have to say. I double checked the order even after receiving it. We did say no onions and we did have onions on the pizza. I mean no big deal we took them off but it would have been nice if whoever made the pizza would have paid...

Don't order from here - food is terrible and the staff is very unprofessional.

We were recommended to eat here by the owner of the hotel. Decided to order a large pizza, breadsticks, and some cheesesticks. This was a HORRIBLE experience from start to finish.

First, we were told the food would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour after ordering we called them and asked where the food was and we were told it was on its way, but it still took another 15 minutes to get here.

When the food got here I went to my bag to get money, and in the meantime the delivery guy came inside without being asked and put the food on the counter. I didn't mind much of it and found the money, but then he went and sat down on our bed in the hotel room and start going on and on about if we were nice enough to take him on our vacation with him. He was being very rude and abrasive and it was annoying.

However, we were very hungry and went to eat. First, the breadsticks were stale and not very good at all. The cheesesticks were totally cold and not appealing at all. The pizza was okay but the pepperoni was very sparse and thinly cut so you could barely taste it. We also asked them to give us crushed red peppers and after clarifying that they would only give us a limited amount, they turned out to give us none at all.

Overally, bad experience from an overpriced restaurant with subpar food and terrible service. Would...

Great - 4 years ago I posted that the place was great and it was. Don't know if have new owners but the service has dramatically changed and in the bad one. Tried to order at 8:05 pm and the employee said I would have to call after 9:00pm because they are going to be to busy to take any orders till after 9:00pm on a Saturday night. I called back after and they did take my order this time, but advised to hurry because they close soon. Don't take orders and sites says open late but they said 9:30pm. I got there and people were ordering pizza, do was waiting when employee said they were closed so can't take orders at 9:20pm. Even through people are ordering still in front of me. I said I already ordered and another employee got my order ready and was nice. A third employee was sitting in the back on her phone as customers are coming in. I asked for the marinara that comes with the order and they said sorry just a second. I paid and asked for my receipt and when I reviewed it after paying and walking out realized that I was charged more than printed price on menu. Went back to ask and the same employee said that they charge for the extra marinara sauce they added. I stated I didn't know there was a charge and didn't order if had to pay more and they said "that is how it is". They also told customers that just got their pizza that they had to leave as they sat down to eat....

I would highly recommend that if you live next to or fly into the Seattle airport or anywhere close to pizza time that you give them a call. We got into Seattle late for a conference. It was staying at a hotel. After doing some research, we figured that we would try pizza time. We ordered thinking that it would be quite a while to received our pizza and to our surprise very quickly after ordering, there was a knock at our door. The gentleman at the door I found out was one of the owners. He thanked me very much for buying his pie and stated that he hoped that we enjoyed it. It was very nice to chat with him for a minute. He said that he tries his best to put a good pizza together in the airport area I might add for a good price so that individuals coming in and staying in that area can have a good pizza to eat. I would definitely have to agree with him. Pizza was excellent. The toppings were fresh. The sauce was good. The crust was cooked to perfection. The bottom was brown, not burnt. It had a nice crisp texture and the flavor of everything together was amazing. I want to let him know that we appreciate it. Having a great pizza the first night we were there. I have ordered a lot of cardboard in my days and I will tell you this was not. If you were in the area you would be best served to call Pizza Time and get one of their amazing pies...

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. PICTURES ARE WORTH 1000 words. Under cooked, unmelted, no sauce, floppy gluten free pizza picture. That is a picture of unmelted cheese, sad canned artichokes and Appetizer Sampler was straight out of the freezer, and not really cooked after it came out. Photo shows the freezer burnt under cooked mozzarella stick. It arrived via delivery to our hotel about a mile away. It was room temp when I opened it in the room. Everything, from pizza to appetizers was under cooked. Looked like it went through a EasyBake pizza oven, but theirs would be better. I chose Pizza Time over national chains specifically to support local merchants. I feel like I got ripped off for $34. Really. Just look at the pics. Catching a plane in the morning, nothing I can do now except throw it away. Want to know how you can be sure it was bad? My 18 year old son barely touched his food. He chose to go to bed instead of eating pizza. He is an 18 year old male. Yes. The food was that bad I believe in posting positive reviews to encourage and support great places, while not targeting places I didn’t like by writing bad reviews. This is an exception to that rule. Pizza Time was so bad it made me write this review

Pizza was great, BUT I won’t be ordering wings from here again! Garlic Parmesan was alright it had a little crisp to it and was decent, but as for the Mango Habanero— it tasted like it was boiled, sitting in water and was scooped out into the tray and dumped sauce on top. By far the worse MH wings I’ve ever had. Literally boiled wings with sauce on it. Ended up throwing it into the trash because by the time we got home, they were closed!
