Shortly after walking into the restaurant to order sandwiches the man behind the glass kept looking to his coworker and smirking. I ordered a sandwich and he continued to look at his coworker and laughed. Right before he wrapped the sandwich up I noticed the knife he pulled out of the bucket by the bar had a lot of liquid coming off of it and he held it vertical to drip a watery substance all the way down the sandwich. I donât believe he was aware I saw him do this. I asked him what the liquid coming off of the knife was and he said it was mustard and it was fine (I didnât get mustard on my sandwich and I also saw that it was clearly a watery liquid coming off not a yellow condiment. I asked him to make a different sandwich and told him that I wouldnât be taking the one he just put an unidentified liquid all over. He stormed off to the back and took the container with liquid and knives with him. I asked his coworker to make me another sandwich and he did and I asked what was in the container that was holding the knives. He informed me it wad sanitizer. So this subway employee made sure to drip a large amount of sanitizer all over a sandwich in hopes I wouldnât notice then got upset when I did. This is not okay. The girls with the guy ordering started laughing at the guy behind the counter because he just wouldnât stop talking. We were growing impatient but bit our tongues as he was very very slow, but getting it done. But after that sub was made and paid for, he started the convo with his customer about the band again. So I interrupted and asked him if we could order and he got very upset with us. He started to explain that people give him compliments because he was SO friendly and he still didnât start with our order or acknowledge we were paying customers. He started raising his voice as we pointed this out his terrible customer service. My wife was now saying âcan we just orderâ? Now he said he wasnât serving us. Frustrated we started to leave and I said, âitâs a wonder people didnât hop over the counter and smack you with your attitudeâ. Well wouldnât you know, he rushed out from behind the counter, and confronting me in front of my kids, me with a broken leg, and said if your gonna do something do it now in front of the cameras.    Read moreUnfortunately it seems like this Subway is scamming those from out of town. We were initially rung out for $26 and some change. My husband put his debit card in and it said approved. Then the guy said he didnât charge for 6â sub so he added that and the total came to $30.43. My husband and I explained to him that the credit card charge went through and said approved. We even pulled up our bank account and showed him the charge was pending. Him and the other guy in there both saw it and said, âOh itâs pending, it will fall offâ. We explained to them that we wanted to make sure we werenât charged twice and they said we wouldnât be. Of course, we got charged twice. The one amount DID NOT just fall off. We called the store and explained the situation and the guy said, âWell what is the problem?â. My husband explained that we were charged twice. He said there was nothing he could do.
