I had not eaten here in years but in the past I had found it to be a good enough place to get a bowl of pho, so I decided to have lunch here. I went in and a young man directed me to sit at the table nearest the kitchen. I don't tend to let stuff like that bother me but when I sat down I noticed immediately that the table was dirty. When he brought me a menu I asked him if he could clean the table. He seemed annoyed and perfunctorily wiped the table with a wet cloth, missing a lot of sticky grime closest to me. I gestured that it was still dirty there and he ignored me and went away. I thought about it for a minute or so and decided they obviously didn't want or need my business and I wasn't willing to eat in a place where customers are treated so rudely, so I gathered my things and put on my hat and stood up to leave. I saw him look at me questioningly and I said it's not clean, I'll go somewhere else. I won't go back there. If a restaurant wants my business the employees need to be made to understand it is not okay to be so rude and dismissive of customers, ever. I am not an arrogant, self-important customer; when I am happy eating somewhere I tip well and my attitude is that everyone working there is an important and...
Read moreThis place is the equivalent to getting robbed in broad daylight. My father and me were visiting Seattle and had our eye on this place since it was close by to our hotel and also because we love all types of Asian cuisine. So, after our visit to pike place Market, we decided to tick off our checklist by having lunch at pho 25. When we entered, we were completely underwelmed by the ambience. It was dainty at best. We were given a table and proceeded to look at the menu. We decided to order a cofee bubble tea, pork dumplings, egg rolls, pork and rice and a shrimp pho. The food itself was not awful but definitely not extrodinary by any means. My pork and rice had this overly sweet taste and my dad's pho was not far from plain boiled water. We were not completely satisfied but were not hungry anymore so we proceeded to pay our bill. Guess the price?! 70 Us dollars!!! For what?! Mediocre food, below average service and abysmal ambience?! We went to another Asian place called dough zone and got excellent service, amazing food (both in terms of taste and quantity) all for a very affordable price. This place was a complete rip off. Please do not go here if you have any sense of...
Read moreLove this place and the people. I remember going here the first time, I think 4-5 years ago. The area is hard on these businesses these days. Regardless I will go here. I have tried almost every single place in this area you could walk to, past and present.
Yummy wanton noodle soup, pho, spring roll and Bun. I love the fried roll. I order that sometimes alone when I need a snack.
They even remember me. I mean some of the kindest and honest people. My job closed a location so I am not close to this place for lunch anymore. They still remembered me!! I cannot tell you how much it meant to me. Even when months or a year has gone by. I come in like a zombie after long hours needing food and this is where i think to go to. I don’t expect people to even notice me when I am so tired and looking horrid. I love this place with my heart. ...
