I wish I had looked at reviews prior to eating here because I have never had such disappointing ice cream. The location is great and they had a decent variety here. The price is sort of high, but it is a tourist area and I can't blame someone for charging what you can get. Two ice cream cones (waffle cones) cost us about 17 dollars. they do not load the ice cream down into the cone (as many places will) they just put the scoops on top. Ok fine, if the flavor was there no biggie. However, not only did the ice cream have freezer burn, there was literally no real flavor. I got like a coffee chocolate and my husband got something that was supposed to be like a reese's PB flavor. Neither tasted anything like what they should have. No way is this anywhere close to what a place that calls itself a "creamery" should be. It was just a sad experience. I don't even have anything to compare it too because i think even generic grocery store ice cream is better. You can do better- don't...
Read moreThey say in business, “location, location, location,” and this ice cream spot checks off that mark, but unfortunately lacks in other places. It is right next to the salmon cooker, which was perfect for our dessert after our lunch. It had a beautiful location along the water, very open and easy to order from as it is facing the walkway where the pedestrian can easily see its menu and ice cream flavors offered.
Unfortunately; the ice cream was lacking in flavor and we order a large lemonade as well, which wasn’t very flavorful or sweet either but rather a water with lemon taste. The prices were a bit absurd too, but again, they are just doing business for the convenience and...
Read moreThe ice cream you buy at touristy places is often sub-standard (icy, lack of flavor, overpriced, etc.), but not this one. Here, I bought an ice cream cup with two scoops (walnut pecan and mango), and it was simply fabulous. Both flavors were great, but I really liked the walnut pecan one. At around $9, including taxes, this ice cream was total value for money, and I, actually, liked it better than I liked the Molly Moon’s ones. The parlor has a good selection of flavors and is located right next to the Ferris wheel and other good attractions in that area. Definitely try...
