Sedona Organic Taco Company ~ Mexican Food — Restaurant in Sedona

We absolutely loved the rustic taco truck atmosphere and the beautiful views that came with it — such a perfect setting for a casual and delicious meal! The menu sounded amazing, and we were thrilled that the flavors truly lived up to the hype.

While the majority of our experience was fantastic, I will say the only slight disappointment was the elote. It didn’t quite match the description, as it seemed to be made with canned corn and melted cheese rather than the traditional preparation we were expecting. Fortunately, that was just a small part of an otherwise outstanding visit!

The chicken burrito was massive and absolutely packed with bold, mouthwatering flavors. The tacos were just as impressive — the asada tacos were a big hit with my daughter, perfectly seasoned and cooked. We also couldn’t leave without trying the horchata, and it was absolutely worth the trip all by itself — refreshing, creamy, and delicious.

Overall, everyone in our group left happy, full, and already talking about coming back. A wonderful stop that we would absolutely recommend to anyone...

Edited 11/7/25: I was just raving to my friend who is planning to come to Sedona soon about this place and checked the other reviews. I noticed several people mentioning that they believe there are fake positive reviews here. I was astounded to read that because I am picky in terms of quality, and I genuinely loved the food from this taco truck when I was here last time (January 2025). So I am not sure if something has changed since January or if there are fake reviewers claiming that other 5 star reviews are fake.

I just wanted to say that I was never asked to write a review or given anything for free from here. My review is 100% genuine and I seriously cannot wait till my next trip to Sedona so I can have their vegetarian...

We really wanted to like this place! We had read so many great reviews, but we were disappointed.

We ordered buffalo, carne asada, fish, and cauliflower tacos. Although the tacos were piled high with ingredients, they didn't add up to much flavor. And the elote was also bland--none of the lime zing that you usually experience. The corn wasn't roasted and seemed like it had been frozen or canned.

Both trash bins were overflowing, and when the wind blew toward us, we smelled the trash. Yuck.

Also, even though they advertise plenty of shade, there was none. There is a covering over the tables, but we figured that the only time there's shade is until about noon, and then only again after about 7pm.

At each table, they offer free taco or flan if you give a five-star review and show it to them, so we're wondering if that's why this food truck is much higher rated than...
