Food, latte and location were great. We went on a Sunday morning which was expected to be busy. However, the employees were a bit of a mess. Our party ordered separately and 2 of them ordered right before us and got their food 15 min before I even started asking what happened to ours. The man who said he would check on it kind of disappeared, then the girl who was at the counter handing out the food starting getting rude. Saying things like, “we have a lot of tickets, we’re backed up...”. Which I could understand, but I’m pretty sure they lost our order or it never got made because after I mentioned it to the guy, it took another 15 min. And i saw people who got their after us get a whole meal before us too. So overall, I waited 50 min for two burritos and a bagel 🤦🏽‍♀️ worst part was I asked for the bagel in advanced because my 3 year old was hungry.
