Called in and they said no reservations so we rushed in and were lucky to get a table. Funny thing, a table was being reserved for a few hours. They were rude to customers kicking them off the table a few times throughout the night. The cook just does not belong around a steak. The poor guy thinks medium well means dry and hard to chew, and with a liver like taste. Sent it back 3 times. The poor waitress has a hollywood attitude and does not realize it would hurt her tip. It did...
The owner kept sitting with the "no reservations" reserved table party and disrupted our night. They were so loud and drunk...mind you its a small intimate like setting bar and their table was for 4, but managed to cram in 8+ people, bumping into us repeatedly, taking off their animal furr cotes and dumping them on my girlfriend a few times... On a vape break out side, some of the people were leaving and tried to fight me outside. Apparently his sloppy drunk girlfriend didnt like my sober adult, well behaved girlfriend. Did not go well for them...

Read moreEdit: Here was our experience. Firstly, I walked in and the first thing I said was, "We're hoping to get something to eat and a couple drinks. Never been here before." No one said a word or directed us where we could sit. We found a seat. We were handed drinks menus, without a word. I stepped outside to take a phone call, and when I returned, my girlfriend had ordered a drink. The drink arrived, again with no word (worth mentioning that the only other customer there was being being given plenty of attention). When we finished the drink, a gentleman finally asked if we would like anything else. I asked for food menus. He handed them to us, again without a word. We decided we would go somewhere that was more welcoming, paid, and left.
Maybe some people like silent service their first time at an establishment, but for us and what we prefer, it just wasn't really what we were looking for, and felt very pretentious to be ignored...
Read moreGot there at 6:30 and found a table right away. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to bring a drink menu, about 20 minutes in we got to order. Ordered drinks, a shrimp cocktail, and the hot hot nuts. At 7:20 we asked where our order was, server said she would put a rush on our drinks. 7:33 our drinks come but no food. 7:40 we canceled the food order, which they said was almost ready, but we had to go because we had reservations at Clinkendagger's for 8. We couldn't understand why it took so long. There were only 35-40 people in there. One bartender who was really taking his time making drinks, 2 servers. It seems to me like a bad business model to let your customers sit for an hour before they get drinks. We could have ordered 2 rounds, appetizers, and been out of there in an hour and 15 minutes. That's a lot of...
