Worst customer service in all California!!! The owner's son where acting like a stupid teenager and making fun of the costumers in front of them!! He didn't take our son's allergy seriously and made fun of it!!! His mother (owner) came to us, telling me, not to talk like that with her son, when I was saying, that he sould take this thing seriously! She was saying that I souldn't act like that, because her employees are still teenagers and it's normal that they act like that. Incredible!!! She didn't want to give me her card so I know her name nore wanted to give me a allergy list! Her son was saying that he thinks that they don't use peanuts ore sesame, although at the menuplan was written, that it may contain sesame. She was all the time protecting her son! A person that sould never work there!!!!! He was interupting me when I was explaining to the owner (his mother) the situation. He was telling his mother that I was wrong and not telling the truth. All that in front of other costumers! The situation was a shame and ridiculous!!! Afterwards she told us to leave her restaurant when we don't want to be nice to them!?! It's obvious that these people have very little knowledge of hospitality in the restaurant sector!!! Our son has a severe allergy to peanuts, nuts and sesame! He already had an anaphylactic shock because of that. People who are working in this sector should never ever act like that and make fun or jokes of such severe allergies. We have been traveling for 2 month along California and had always good experiences in the SUBWAY Restaurants. But something like that never happend to us before! And all that, because a silly teenager has to act like a fool, because his mother owns the restaurant?!? It's a shame that people like this are tarnishing Subway's reputation!!! We are really disapointed and will never come back to this place, telling our friends to avoid this restaurant. It's realy the worst SUBWAY ever and we have been at least in 20 different ones. Im giving people a heads up that you will pay 20$+ for a footlong in a combo, and all you can taste is the crunchy, dry roll. There are really no other fast food places in Springdale so this is an epic bummer. I've only ever gone back after that first time because it's a quicker option at lunch. Every single time (hoping it will be different) it is a disappointed that its always the same issues.....I order a sub, and the staff consistently barely puts any meat on it. Compared to the menu display pic you cant even see the meat outside of the bread. Heck you can barely see the meat even opening the bun. Both ends dont even get meat. Its like 1/3 of the meat serving of any subway Ive ever been too. My son ordered turkey last time and even his turkey was like half the serving. The bread is also always dry and crunchy too. Ive tried ordering extra sauce and veges on it so you could taste something other than bread, and you still can only taste dry bread with veges. I feel like the staff has been told to barely put any meat on, because it is a consistent problem with all the workers. The veges are often frozen on the edges and translucent too. The last time I ordered a chicken sandwich I asked the guy if he was gonna put more meat on showing him that it didn't even reach the end of the sandwich and he just shrugged his shoulder and went. "Nope that's the way it comes". Its just a bummer. You're better off going to either of the grocery stores and having them make you a sandwich, or for that price going to a sit down restaurant and getting a better sandwich for close to the same price. It's just the owner/manager who is "EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACIST". we stopped by to this location to have a quick lunch coming from zion national park. We brought inside our left over food from KFC to eat with the sandwich.We honestly didn't see the sign "no outside food". We're almost finished eating when he came to our table and asked about the chicken, we apologized to him that we are sorry but he got mad and even asked "how many restaurants did we brought in our outside food".
