Inside the Houston Texas Woodlands Mall The Woodlands Texas. Upstairs by the merry-go-round. Famous Wok. Typical Chinese food. Very good prices a large plate for under $6. They offer samples. Easy to read menus everything's behind glass. I like that it keeps it clean. The employees are friendly and courteous. You order by looking at the food and pointing to what you want they serve it on a plate plastic forks and styrofoam. The food tasted very fresh it was hot and taste very good. You get a huge amount of food for your money. There are lots of free tables to sit up and you get to watch the carousel merry-go-round. Great place to feed a family. It's hard to see the Woodlands Mall from the interstate you really have to know where it is to reach it. They have valet parking and a large free parking lot but a lot of cars are parked near the entrances and you will have to walk a lot. Food comes out fast and you have to carry it to your own table but when I went it was not crowded and very easy to do. Good large portions and friendly people. This was my first time here and I will be back again. I highly recommend...

Most of the food Is always good (havent tried it all) But this staff is rude!! and If they see you're Hispanic ...they wont take your order in English and tell you "spanish". For being in the Woodlands you'd think theyd want to brush up on their English as much as possible. Got some burnt food and wanted to exchange only to get ugly looks and responses from lady serving. They definitely need to work on their customer service. Makes me miss the ones that worked in Deerbrook mall. Will come back for food but definitely not looking forward to dealing with the same people. Never had any issues...

Food was so bad. It's either the cheapest quality they can find, or it's just old/reused/stale from days of reheating. I took one bite and it was disturbing... I've never had such chewy chicken in my life. I had to spit it out because I was afraid I would choke if I tried to swallow it. There needs to be some kind of quality standards for a place like the Woodlands mall...I mean someone should look into this because it is really that bad. I don't care how much the lease is worth to the mall, there is something seriously wrong with the food. I feel like I need to be...
