So disappointed in the staff at this Starbucks. Now I understand that one employee is not a representation of the rest, but each employee is also the brand reputation. I walked into this Starbucks just a moment ago at 9:08 PM (the store doesn’t close until 9:30 PM) to let my 4 and 8 year old daughters use the restroom. When I walked in there was an associate in one of the bathrooms cleaning the mirror. We went to walk past her and go to the other bathroom and she said “no, the bathroom is closed”. My 4 year old daughter started whining and said she had to pee and the employee just looked at us. My daughter said “why can’t I use the bathroom” and again the associate just looked at us. So I said “well she said no” and we walked out. This is not customer service and I will not be returning to this establishment. What’s ridiculous is that it would not have been more than maybe a 2 minute inconvenience to the employee, but it would have made a world of difference for my little family. As a business professional, I understand that the little things make or break customer relations. I would just hope that Starbucks has higher standards than this. I would think twice before spending...
Read moreUsually my experiences at a Starbucks are great, and when I have issues they are usually resolved immediately. Service is always great, however, this time the employee that took care of making by drink not only got it wrong, but she was very rude. The employee was caring a conversation with her conworker and I guess she got distracted and made my drink with regular milk instead of SOY milk, I tend to watch how they make my drink since I’ve had problems in the past, I’m VEGAN so Making sure it’s Soy milk is extremely important. I ordered (Iceed vanilla SOY latte), so I asked to make sure it was SOY milk and she just said no, she didn’t even look at nor acknowledge me, she just threw the beverage and continued to carry her conversation with her co worker, walked away and had someone else make my beverage. She NEVER apologized, I don’t like to complain, but when you pay $6 for a coffee and become a loyal customer, I feel like I’m not only paying for a good cup of coffee, but SERVICE is highly important. I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I for sure won’t be coming back to...
Read moreI just wanted to share with the intent to help and not hinder. I waited over 30 minutes today at the opening of business at 11 a.m. today. I ordered 3 drinks and a danish and sandwich. I watched 2 employees take orders and make coffee while a 3rd employee steadily stocked while customer orders piled up. The sandwich I ordered set on the counter for over 25 minutes before the 3rd employee that was stocking went back to it to heat it up. My danish remained there as well and was finally delivered to me 30 minutes after ordering and we were the 3rd customer in line. This whole event that should have been about 5 minutes ran me late returning to the Houston Camp Fair where my place of duty was at. Stocking should have been completed prior to opening at 11 a.m. Customers should not have to wait due to the lack of stocking of others. There should have been some type of management oversight to avoid this. Very frustrated today. As a regular Starbucks customer I would prefer coffee from another...
