I eat at Arby's in Tifton four to five times a week. When I come the workers normally know what I'm going to ask for. But this particular day I came through the drive-thru once I paid for my meal I was giving my drink and I was asked to pull up because my potato cakes were cooking. I sat there 3 to 4 minutes waiting for my potato cakes as I was sitting there I took a sip of my drink and I discovered that it was nothing but carbonated water. When the young man brought my food out I asked him nicely I said can you please exchange this drink because it's all it is is carbonated water it needs to be changed out. He proceeded to tell me that I could get out of my car and go in there and switch that drink out and I asked him I said you really going to do me like that a customer that comes through here three four times a week your drink machine is not up to par and you want me to go back in there and fix my drink? At this point he started walking off a mumbling saying what he wasn't going to do so I put the couple soda on the ground and I and I drove off this store has a habit of not speaking to their customers they do not make their customers feel welcome it when I'm doing door dash I have to sit there sometimes 15-20 minutes they haven't even started on the order yet. In my opinion y'all need to fire everything in there and...
Read moreIt was pouring rain and theres was not significant shelter if any all at neither the menu board, order speaker, or pay window. So the entire time from the menu board to the window your being rained. On top of that it took the person forever to finally take our order and when we got to the window to pay soaking wet in our vehicle mind you I asked the attendant(the damn Mgr of all people) a question about a sauce he waved me off twice and then when he did answer the simple questioned he looked me like I was stupid and answered the question acting as if I should've known the answer already. The whole time he's inside dry and threw all this I'm deluged by rain due to their insufficient weather protection. Just a horrible experience from beginning to end. I won't be giving up on Arby's, but I'll never go to that particular location ever again. It's a dictionary definition of lack of customer care and you don't get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression when it comes to CUSTOMER CARE, atleast...
Read moreThis Arby's was exceptional the manager on duty Tuesday night literally saved my mothers life with how she knew exactly how to guide me to the nearest emergency room and offered to call a ambulance for my mother who on Monday had major jaw surgery and was choking on the metal wiring that came loose in her mouth where they wired her mouth shut... it all happened so fast that I didn't catch her name and now I sincerely regret that because she saved my moms life!! I can only hope that the internet can do its magic and this heartfelt thank you will reach her some how some way!! She was so nice and loving from the moment we walked in to eat until the emergency occurred, my mother cant eat solid food and she even gave her two cups of beef broth to enjoy!! I'm just sorry if we scared anyone with what happened! And again we are eternally greatful for the kind hearted fast acting young woman who helped us! Every ff restaurant in the US should be ran with...
