Quincho's — Restaurant in Town of East Hampton

Walked in thinking this was going to be a great restaurant according to Google reviews. However, my group and I encountered issues with the service and food. The lady at the cashier was unable to comprehend simple requests such as putting sour cream on the side for my burrito, instead of inside it. Another red flag experienced was the up pricing of their food. A cheese burrito was listed as $10.38 (credit) on their menu, however the lady managed to ring up the price to $16.94 with no additions or extras. After bringing that up to the cashier lady, she changed the price to $10.86 not including tax. If you're going to have the listed prices enlarged on a board, you should not be secretly charging your customers more. Once we were given our food, I saw that the no sour cream was given. I kindly go back into the restaurant to request sour cream on the side. The lady tells me it's in the burrito as if she made it and that if I want more it'll be $2. On the large menu printed on the wall, it said a side of sour cream was $1.04 (credit). Wild to see another instance of up charging. After eating half of the burrito, it was clear that none was put in and I kindly go back to the lady to show her. She goes to the kitchen to bring me a side of sour cream and she angrily tells me "ok bye". The service was poor and the burrito was nothing special with majority of it being lettuce and cold bland white rice with little to no beans. I recommend you put your money somewhere else in this town where you can receive better service and honesty about what you're paying for. I would give this a 0/5 stars...

We are lucky enough to have a family home in Montauk & have been coming for the past 15 years. Our usual taco joint is closed on Tuesday, so we were on the hunt for another. This place is right around the corner from our house, never eaten there before tonight and to be honest, never even noticed it. Their food is outstanding. I ordered the nachos for myself, a burrito and hot wings for my boyfriend and rice & beans for our son. Everything was incredible. 20/10 would recommend. Can’t believe we didn’t try this place sooner. AND it’s locally owned, which is a plus, for sure, esp. during such a hard time with in everyone’s lives.
