Walked in and ordered a giant tuna. Guy behind the counter finishes whatever sandwich he was making, cuts the bread for my sandwich. At that time, a customer walks up behind me and orders some 3 meat, 2 cheese deluxe. The employee then, instead of making my 3 ingredient sandwich (lettuce, tomato, tuna on bread) starts making the deluxe sandwich which involves slicing the different meats and cheeses. At this point I'm pretty frustrated but I decide to wait. But then I see him spread my tuna on the bread as if it was peanut butter. I'm not going to pay $16 for a 3 ingredient sandwich that's main ingredient is used like a condiment. I walked out disguted, without the sandwich and without paying. This is the closest open location to me, a couple others have been closed for unknown reasons. My first visit (about two weeks ago) was great, as one of the employees working that night previously worked at my usual location and my order was always prompt and correct when they were working there! I wish I could remember their name! My second visit tonight was extremely disappointing. Staff member taking phone orders was rushing me off the phone, repeated my order back wrong, and although I corrected them and repeated back what I wanted, sandwiches were still wrong.
