Palace Korean BBQ — Restaurant in Tukwila

Highly inadvisable unless you enjoy indulging a whole plate of salt.

For me to come here and write a review, the food had to be either finger licking good or really horrible.

Here is my experience. Gave this place a second try after months, hoping the food would have improved. Ordered the chicken and beef plate and my significant other got the chicken BBQ plate. The amount of sodium in just one spoonful is outrageous and I'm not exaggerating when I say this.

Their meat is doused in their "special" sauce and the portion was somewhat small in comparison to other nearby Asian food restaurants. The side dishes, say like the potatoes salad, could improve. Basically, veggies in mashed potatoes...

There are several Korean food restaurants throughout the northwest, many of them with great dishes and alternatives. The amount of bad food experiences I've had in the past decade is very miniscule but this place absolutely takes the cake!

A successful business is always open to feedback in order to improve and better provide customer experience but unfortunately it seems this place struggles in the quality control department.

Service and atmosphere is ok as its in the general food court dining area and You can choose to sit wherever.

Utterly pure disrespect to Korean food.

I went to this spot at Southcenter Mall with my boyfriend and had such a great experience! We ordered the bulgogi and galbi platters, and both were fantastic. The service was friendly. Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it’s in a food court, which is always busy, but this place exceeded my expectations.

The portions were generous for the price, and the flavors were so authentic. I especially loved their kimchi, it wasn’t overly sour or acidic and their macaroni salad was a nice touch. The bulgogi had the perfect amount of sweetness and was well-balanced. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and this will definitely be our go to spot whenever we’re at the mall.

Also, the food court itself has plenty of seating. Even though I don’t usually like crowded places, they have some quieter seating options, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend checking...

Wouldnt reccomend to anyone. My father is handicapped and He can't stand for long periods of time so when he placed his order he stood there waiting for 20 mins while everyone behind got their orders. He couldnt stand anymore so he checked in and the cashier forgot his order and never put it through. He was upset and said he couldnt stand there waiting anymore and the owner came out and aggresively stated he stands too and when told not to talk to customers that way he yelled that he could talk however he wants to customers. He cam out from the back yelling in my fathers face when we said just to give us our money back so we can go. He went as far as pushing my husband twice when he was just told to back up.
