Update: 8 weeks After just over 8 weeks, I finally have a couch! It is super soft and comfortable. Definitely not a 5 star worthy rating with all the issues, lack of communication, and lack of good customer service.
Update: 6 weeks later I still do not have a couch. I am disappointed about the down playing of delivery time at the time of purchase and lack of communication. I was shown the couch I wanted on the computer in store. I was shown and told it was available for shipping the next day. I made my purchase. The paperwork said 4-6 weeks for delivery. This is where the sales person really down played things. I feel like rather than being honest about how the delivery process actually works, they just wanted to make a sale. I was told that it was just what all the paperwork says but it shouldn't take that long. Two weeks go by with no communication, so I called the store asking for an update. This is when I learned they only actually get shipments to the Twin Falls store once a month and my couch was expected a month down the road. So, within the time printed on the paper, but not the expectation I had because of the sales person. 4 weeks and the initial shipment arrival date go by with no communication, so I go I into the store asking for an update. I am then told there were delays and given a different estimated date. Another week goes by and I receive the first communication I didn't initiate, telling me the expected date was another week out. At this point if there's not another issue or delay, I hopefully receive my couch at week 7-8 which is outside of what was printed on the paperwork I signed. And DEFINITELY NOT what was portrayed to me at the time of the sale. :/

Read moreI went into the Ashley to look for a new couch and possibly a bed. Brandon Ward was our Homestore Specialist and I cannot put in words how wonderful he was. He was patient, asked specific questions about what we liked and what we wanted and showed us every single piece of furniture he thought would please us. He was not pushy, he was not rushing us. He gave us options for various furniture additions and adjustments and did several different calculations to tell me what my pricing would be. I hate spending money, get anxiety over it and he was simply the best with helping me feel comfortable with my purchases know I was getting the best deals available. I’m so grateful I stopped there first. I ended up leaving with a new bedroom set, a new sectional and a new Sealy Lux mattress with the base. The discounts I received were unbeatable and he even threw in some mattress covers free of charge to me so that my warranty does not go void in case of a spill or stain. He was professional, patient, kind, listened to what I needed as a customer and 100% delivered. He even joked around with my daughter, which she loved. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get past a square bed-set and dresser with round leg pegs, so he got online and tried to find me a similar set without the round accents. He made sure to separate my orders so I could get the 0% interest, with the highest discount rate for the furniture. Not only was Brandon Phenomenal.. Aly, who put together our paperwork was very friendly and sweet. I laughed more during this shopping experience than I have ever. Even the other personnel who were weren’t working directly with were friendly and kind. Lots of happy, smiling faces there.

Read moreWe’ll I’m not sure what to say. I have bought three tables, 4 bedroom sets and 2 couch sets and a rug I have yet to get. I have never had a difficult time with lack of communication with this Ashley’s, I have had to call them for my items and the response of the person who answered the phone said to me (well we don’t notify people when then furniture is less than 8 weeks late. Now really lady because other dealings I’ve had I was told a date and it was here, would like to have my rug, and not tore up, broken has been an issue with the bedroom set, really you think I’ll take it broken? Then call weekly for it. So love Ashley’s wish the front desk could have answers or be a little bit more pleasant, and when you want to make fun of someone wait until they have completely walked off.
