Sometimes a restaurant gets a good review, not because everything went perfectly, but because they went above and beyond to resolve an issue when it occured. I ordered delivery this evening, and there were some minor issues that added up to a big deal in my mind. An item was missing from my order, the doordash driver left the order on the doorstep without even ringing the doorbell, and when I tried to call the store to alert them, their phone system disconnected the call without routing me to a live person. After I drove back to the restaurant, quite upset since everything is worse when you're hungry, I encountered Elaine. I told Elaine my issue and what I was expecting. Elaine was apologetic and courtious to me the entire time. She was able to articulate what she needed from me, and why, and then the ultimate resolution to my issue was above and beyond what a reasonable person could expect. Elaine asked if i would give them another chance another time to delight me, and yes Elaine, because of your customer service and empathy, I will be giving this Noodles & Company another try. Thank you for exceeding my expectations in a...
Read moreI ate here while charging up at the Supercharger nearby. Having never eaten at a Noodles and Co before, I was curious to finally experience this national chain. While their menu was diverse and included many options for vegetarians like myself and meat eaters alike, the food tasted universally bland and had a mass produced type of flavor. My two friends who got meat dishes thought similarly. However, this does not mean for a second that the food was bad. The food was bland, but beyond servable and the tortellini was genuinely tasty. For the price, this place is an incredible option. Their tea is flavorless as are their Honest Tea options, which is a major deal killer for me since the quality of a restaurants iced tea is generally consistent with how often I return to said restaurant. Great variety, tasty tortellini, but mediocre quality and unfortunate tea. The staff at this location were great and genuine, refilling the tea machine for me upon realizing it was empty. I will likely return to a noodles and co in the future, but only if there are no better...
Read moreWent in today to place an order. First to mention I am disabled and walk on crutches. Tripped over the runner walking up to the counter. A lady approached me and told me to order i need to step to the counter/ cash register. I was walking to a table right adjacent to the counter and I told her that I needed to sit down firs. It is not easy walking on one leg with help of crutches. She knew I wanted to order some food to go. My friend placed an ordered 15 min earlier. The server never came and asked. She gave my friend her bag, turned around and walked away. I walked out without an order placed. Will I go back?!? NO. WON'T STEP BEYOND TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. How much trouble would it been to acknowledge the situation and accommodate. There is the law about People with Disability. I am disgusted by her attitude and we will see how upper management will handle this situation. No dinner...
