I went to this Culver's drive thru two nights in a row. On 1st night when I got home I noticed they forgot my chicken sandwich it's kinda annoying but no biggie I called to let them know. As I was talking to whom I though was a manager I ask them can I come in tomorrow for the remake I was told sure and she took down my name. I asked if I needed to give her a receipt number or even bring it in and she told me no I can just give my name. I figured cool I'll just order again tomorrow when I pick up my remake. Fast forward to this night I go back and I ask for a manager and explain the situation and I was brushed off. Infact as soon as he got to the window he was telling me there is no process for a remake like that and all his supervisors are trained to do it in another way like bringing in the receipt and there customer gets a set time to come in for the remake or you get something in the mail. I tried to explain to who I assume is the GM or Owner? That I called and this is what was told to me, and that didn't matter. At this point I'm just like whatever I'll get my order (ordered virtually the same thing aside from the the chicken sandwich) and leave it's not worth the breath to argue about a 7-10 dollar sandwich. So I drive off with my order and I take everything out and once again they forgot something else! Two nights in a row?? At this point I'm upset. Culver's food can be great, but not that good for the nonsense that Id expect from McDonald's. So next time I'll just eat elsewhere.
If you want to eat at this location make sure you check your food before...
Read moreOkay... My name is Kassy. I'm going to be short and sweet as best I can. Your food? Great. If its cooked properly. I've had multiple bad experiences at this particular culvers that happens only at this location.
... Your cashiers. Your servers. They. need. work. Teach them how to read the number on the ticket and match it to the table stand-up sign. Today? Just ordered 20 minutes ago or so and a total stranger brought me my food (not an employee) that was delivered to the WRONG table.
Whats worse? Anytime the food is delivered properly, the beef is usually dry, or the chicken is not juicy. One time the bread was hard as a rock. I'm sure a lady cashier remembers this. My gf went up there and physically showed her. Another time, the cashier rung me up a grilled chicken instead of a spicy chicken and even admitted she clearly heard me say spicy chicken. She corrected it at least. But this is still sub-par communication.
Other times? Interruptions. We'll be in the middle of ordering, cashier cuts us off to do something else. You guys really need focus. It infuriates me that I have to leave a 1 star on a really good restaurant (food wise) only due to the employees working there. The cooks? They get my praise, but only when the food is cooked properly.
Please be aware your customers deserve full attention and comminication. I come here quite often with my gf. And also teach your employees to match the ticket table number or even punch it in right.
Next time I come? I should hope my order is up to par. Straighten up the many mistakes and I'll come here more...
Read moreWent here before, ordered some food and asked for some sauces which they happily gave to me. Went there again, at a later date, ordered some food and ask for some sauces afterward and the manager Mark wanted to charge me for the sauces and goes on to explain why. Here’s a hint, if you have to explain why you probably already lost your customer. Well, this is a different experience from the first time I went in a negative way. This is something that should be advertised if it is this way. I know some restaurants include condiments into the pricing automatically, but apparently Culver’s does not. And they would rather get a couple cents for those sauces and lose a customer that’s paying $30 a meal, than to be more transparent with their practices and do whatever they can to keep someone that’s paying $30 every time they show up but, what do I know about business lol. Definitely won't be going there again. The food is mediocre and the atmosphere is what originally keeps people going. But now that atmosphere is tarnished and the mediocre food ain’t really worth it. There are a lot of other better restaurants on Miller Lane lol and with better attitudes that I can give my money to instead and freely take some sauce...
