The donuts are good but don’t expect good service.

My boyfriend and I walked in and the first thing we see is this kid at the register who didn’t look very excited to be there. We tell him our order and paid but while we were waiting I decided I wanted a coffee. I asked for a frappe and he said they were not making those today. I think he just didn’t want to. So I asked for a cold coffee and if the had any creamers or flavors and he pointed to the end of the counter. When I tried to pay for the coffee he told me don’t worry about it, I think because he just didn’t want to use the register. Also all there was to add to my coffee was sugar and milk which typically I don’t mind but sugar doesn’t dissolve in cold coffee so ended throwing most of it away. The coffee was good but not sweet enough for my liking. The rest of the staff seemed friendly but the kid who did our order forgot one of our donuts but before we could say anything he went to the back and was standing with his friends talking and playing on their phones so we had to get someone else to finish our order. We get our donuts and leave but once we got to our car we realize they didn’t even give us the right toppings. Some didn’t have toppings at all and others had toppings we didn’t order. The counters were very sticky so try not to touch them or put your stuff on them. The donuts are good but not good enough to go back and pay that much for the wrong donuts and...

I’ve previously been to this location and the service was superb. This time around, the service was slow. The staff was extremely rude because of a language barrier. I repeated my order to her three times. She grew frustrated because she had to change the order numerous time due to her lack of understanding. We waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for our order. She still fixed a portion of the order wrong. When I called her over and attempted to fix it, she snatched the drink off the counter and proceeded to speak to her coworker in her native tongue. My milkshake looked like it had been sitting. I asked to speak to the manager. She calls her on speaker and when I’m speaking with the mama, she and her coworker are laughing in the background. The manager states that they are new…but new has nothing to do with maintaining professionalism. If your employee is going to have half her face pierced, she could at least not act unprofessionally since you already look it. Can’t have pierced faces and act like you have no sense simultaneously.
