Twice my boyfriend and I have gone to this Dunkin location when vacationing at the oceanfront, each time the lobby has been closed. The first time we placed a mobile order, and staying at a hotel a block a way we walked. Only to arrive to a locked door, that a man mopping would not open yet stared right at us. I then called and the phone rang and rang, we walked around to the drive thru and had to knock on the window. The girl opened it and we told her we placed a mobile order, I also stated how I called and no one was answering, i literally had my phone still on the line calling and could hear no ringing inside like they silenced the ringer. She stated they were busy and couldn't answer. We were the ONLY two customers.

Our second trip a month later and they no longer accept mobile orders. So again we walked to place our order inside, only to get there and read a note on the door stating lobby is only open until 9:30 am, and drive thru only available to those driving or on a bike. Who wants to drive a block, when they can walk from the boardwalk? Needless to say we will never go there again and they are losing A LOT of business by closing their lobby with so much foot traffic at the ocean front. Really really bad customer service. They’re lazy and rude. I came in with my friends on Saturday and we ordered at the counter, but they seemed so annoyed to have to take our orders even tho they were simple and we didn’t even ask any questions. I ordered my coffee with vanilla bean and I could see that they were running low, but instead of getting a new bottle they opened the top and poured the syrup (I worked at Dunkin a few years ago, and that is not what you’re supposed to do). My coffee tasted bitter so I asked them to put more in, to which the teenaged brunette boy made a face at me and then took my drink without saying anything; it would’ve taken the same amount of time to get a new bottle as it did to pour the little bit left at the bottom into my drink. At that point, my friend was too scared to ask for her drink to be fixed because of that boy’s attitude.
