My food was good but our service was terrible. I had called a week prior and made a reservation for 16. Upon arrival at the reserved time our table was not ready and the staff had no idea we would be there, despite checking reservations listed and seeing it written down. 15 minutes passed before we were finally seated. Our waiter was a tall man with short brown hair and an accent, most likely South American. He was incredibly slow with service from the start. Drinks took another 15 minutes to arrive. It all really went downhill when we were informed they only had one lumpia appetizer and we had ordered 3. Two of our guests chose different appetizers and only one was brought out. The other was charged for an appetizers they never got. We did have it removed at the end but the server acted like this was an inconvenience to him. When mains came out we were missing two entrees. I informed the server who just proceeded to bring out side plates for no reason, obviously misunderstanding my request. When he finally understood the ordeal he continually came out telling us he had a Cobb salad for our table. The salad we needed was a Neptune salad. He even tried to have the runner bring the incorrect salad out to our patron who then became incredibly upset as we had already told him he did not want the Cobb salad due to his dietary restrictions without the server caring about that. Our patron never received his salad. He was left without a meal and was still told he had to pay for his partners meal despite the inconvenience. He then had to rush to perform at a concert because of the time delays of not having a table prepared and the slow service despite only 2 other tables being in the restaurant. I was incredibly disappointed with the entire experience because I had found this restaurant to gather a total of 21 people to eat dinner at your establishment and the server single handedly screwed up the entire meal. We’re 2 groups. Due to my complaints, they gave us a free breakfast to this restaurant ( Jumping Shrimp). And so happy, but my disaappointment started when we have to wait for our sit for 15 min. plus the food waiting for 2 hrs. While we’re waiting we notice there was these family who just got in and ordered their foods, but they got their food first!!! ( We felt is it because we’re asian and the other customer were americans?) I felt like these restaurant descriminate us! After a long wait ( waiting time: 2hrs/33. minutes ) the food arrived, but our orders were not complete, My 2 friends egg was missing, bread was not serve, my cornbeef was burned, and last but not least my 2 friends order were serve while the 4 of us we’re halfway done! Read moreFirst we tired to order online through uber eats for pickup but they had it turned off so we decided to go in since we are staying at Four Points anyways. We initially went in around 9pm and the place was practically empty. We were excited because the online menu had listed a aged ribeye and then the seafood dishes looked phenomenal as well. We went in the hostess seemed nice but also you could tell she was ready to go home. We sat down looked at the menu and prices were different then online. No big deal inflation is happening so we understand. We started with wings, and oysters. For the wings we weren't given a choice of blue cheese or ranch they just gave us ranch. The menu online said a baked potato and broccoli with the steak (sirloin) and the menu in resturant said a baked potato, cole slaw and a garlic baguette. So I expected that, instead I was given the baked potato and broccoli. My boyfriend got the seafood feast and the menu stated coleslaw, a baked potato and a baguette for him as well. Instead he received a baked potato and broccoli. As for the kids menu, uts a good selection and portions are good sized as well.
Service was great our server was professional and polite, do wish he informed us of the changes to the menu.
Even though they do not close until 11pm they started mopping the floor around 10pm. My 3 year old son slipped walking out and no one even asked if he was okay. In addition the same hostess was sitting at a table by the door on her phone upon us leaving. Very unprofessional.
