NY Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Absolutely disgusting – avoid this place!

This is hands down one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever stepped into. The staff is incredibly rude & acts like they don’t need or care about your business. The seating looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s & the chairs are covered in layers of black grime. Tables are never wiped down & the entire place feels neglected.

They claim the bathroom is “locked for cleaning,” but when you finally get in, it’s clear that’s a complete lie—filthy & unsanitary. The food? Just as bad as the atmosphere. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if people got sick eating here.

Do yourself a favor & stay far away!!! There are plenty of cleaner, friendlier places along the boardwalk where your money and appetite will be better...

Pizza thin, Burger from the microwave. Hot Dog over microwaved and bread hard. Fries salty. Prices higher than marked. He said prices changed this year so the prices posted on the menu above his head were wrong. My concern is it's March! Could you not find time to update the pricing so that customers know what they are paying? There were two men behind the counter but only one was working. The other was following the one working. Seating is old and dirty. Looking at the items available on the menu you should be able to smell food cooking. All you smell is pizza. The other food is microwaved. I do not encourage anyone to eat here. It's basically gas station...

First off, the guy serving us has zero personality and even less customer service skills. He had no interest in serving us, was like we were bothering him despite being the only ones in the restaurant. Second, the pizza was garbage pizza at real pizza restaurant prices. Best example I can give you is grab a frozen box pizza at your grocery store, cook it as per directions, and then three hours later reheat it. One of our friends ordered a hot dog. For the price we were expecting a stadium hot dog. What we got was a microwaved hot dog stolen from a 5 year olds birthday party. Stay away from this place at all...
